Nightclub raiding nonstop at 40%, keep saving up or sell?

Hey all. I've AFK'ing session longer then normal since using a firewall tool to keep it completely solo on me. But one thing is for sure, getting your Nightclub raided every 24 hours at only being 40% full (with max upgrades it's 40%, without it, it's only 20%) is driving me nuts. Woke up at 5am today because my club was being raided and as soon as I jumped out of bed it was over and Tony is calling me laughing his bacon off. Should one be selling constantly at roughly 40% or should one "try" and keep tabs on the game and keep it filling? Trying to find a balance of filling for more money but not having it raided every day. Your thoughts?

Just to make sure ......you do have the security for the night club ?

Beyond that make sure you're not a ceo or mc prez while afk .

Don’t afk while ceo/Mc.  I know the pain of being raided constantly, I’ve actually had every Mc business raided back to back in the same session and my club raided multiple times.  Best advice I can give is to only afk in invite only lobbies and ditch your ceo/Mc.

Why would you do this afk nonsense in 2022 anyway?

With full NC upgrades you are going to be raided only when your stuff is almost full - you only have crates & weapons to 'finish' and your total value is around 1.5 mil.$ ... at least that is my case when I left it too much, because I usually sell around 1.2mil. and in that case my NC is never attacked.

If you are getting attacked this often and you do have full NC upgrade, maybe you do have some 'bug' so try with verifying your data & also erasing your profile.

Also, no need for AFK - there is so much to do for money, alone or with someone, while your NC is getting its warehouse passive goods 😄

(EDIT - oh yes, 'back in the day' my MC was started getting too much annoying raids so I stopped doing that biz.)

just sell everything, when the first product is at maximum capacity. after that point, you won`t earn maximum dollar per minute anyway....

Full upgrades. So it has to do with being ceo/mc not just being in the session?

Yes. Raids only happen if ceo/club leader are active.

The most efficient way to run your nightclub warehouse used to be to produce cargo, weapons, coke, meth, cash, and then selling everything when the last three are full. (They will be full at around the same time, while cargo and weapons take a lot longer.) I say "used to be" because Rockstar adjusted the sell value of the goods; previously you were actually losing money switching away from coke and meth, but that may no longer be the case. Either way, not producing weed and documents, which get stored in many low-value units, also has the benefit of not filling up your warehouse, so you'd be guaranteed to be under the raid threshold if you sell as described above. (Raid are calculated based on the number of units, not their sell value.)

But I assume you can't have goods building up up if you aren't active ceo/mc? Or am I missing something.

You can have your Nightclub accrue goods even while in passive mode.

There's absolutely no reason to go AFK and not be passive.

(I'd argue that since Cayo Perico heist there's no reason to go AFK either, but not everyone can stomach that repetitive heist over and over so I understand it.)

I switched weapons with weed, because I dont run my bunker . its the only business where you are forced to be CEO instead of MC.

I hate the selling missions and I hate the daily costs for the bunker, while CEO.

weed brings almost the same in the nightclub and you dont have to pay the daily costs....

Huh you can do bunker both as CEO and MC. And you don't  even need to run those businesses anyway for NC to produce, just keep empty if you want. Sporting goods (bunker) is nearly 2x faster than organic income wise.

Probably what @fryday means is that you can close your bunker and avoid paying fees as CEO that way.

I've done the same thing. But I didn't replace weapons with weed, because cargo-coke-meth-cash all fits into Speedo Custom when the last 3 are full.

They only thing needed for the goods to be produced is to play the game. Only need to be a CEO to do anything with the goods, such as sell them.

I haven't bothered with it yet, because I prefer the convenience of driving a Speedo Custom over making a little more money.

But if the numbers on GTA Wiki are correct: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Nightclubs/Warehouse_Management#Production_and_storage

It still applies that one should produce cargo, weapons, coke, meth, cash, and sell everything when the last three are full.

Also the difference between weapons and weed in money/hour shrunk quite a bit. Weapons are still worth more but the difference isn't enough to cover the bunker fees.

I keep rotating them around every 8 or so hours. Usually depending on how quick some goods are stocking up. I have all the vehicles fully upgraded so I'm not fully worried and since I play in solo sessions OP MK2s ain't an issue either.

When you're not producing coke, meth, and cash, you're losing money.

Okay, glad to now know that, but what do you set the other 2 to for good money? I have them on cargo crates and the other is doing weapons.

Yeah, according to the link I posted above, that's the best combination. If you're not using your bunker, you could close it down and produce weed instead. Weed becomes full at the same rate as meth, coke, cash.

I did the same, switching to weed, and experienced raids at the nightclub when I never did before. Raids at the nightclub are based on the number of units, not the cash value. Weed is similar to weapons for cash value over time, but weed creates more units. This results in having enough units to trigger a raid sooner. I eventually switched back to Bunker and stopped getting raids.

As others have mentioned, you can sell Bunker as both CEO or MC. You also don't need to be registered as CEO or MC to create product. In fact, it's best for you to sign out of CEO or MC when AFK so that you don't pay the daily (48 minute) fees for the businesses.

My nightclub was never been raided in my whole career (level 777) with weed.... I sell, when any product is close to max, its around 800k value.

Im not sure what differs us...

This is probably the difference. Sell by 20 or 21 hours and you're fine. I was getting raids with weed when I was letting it go a little longer, like 24 hours. Bunker (with the other 4 top products) is fine at 24 hours, but weed was getting me raided.

The thing is as CEO you can do anything except biker businesses, which are a waste of time anyway. So you can stay in the same session, do whatever you want as CEO, and still pay the same daily fees as if you never registered as CEO or MC. When I run the game I want to actually play it, not AFK or look at the cloud simulator every 45 mins.
