CX883 Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 I downloaded San Andreas Mod Installer V1.2 and tried installing some vehicle mods. I’ve installed the mods by following instructions on the app and using the RAR files of the vehicle mod downloaded. However no changes are made to the game and it still shows the original GTA SA vehicle. Anyway I could fix this? I noticed that in the “update” tab of the mod installer app, there’s a message saying “error 206: could not obtain update file information from the sami.txt file”. Not sure if this is the reason why? How do I fix this if this is the reason? A second question. If the vehicle mod file itself suggests that I replace the vehicle “Voodoo” in the game, is it possible for me to choose to replace “ZR350” on the mod installer app instead? zmudziak32 Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 It's better to use mod loader, which allow to replace game files without editing game files. All you need is folder, model(.dff), textures(.txd) and text files consisting lines for carcols, carmods, handling and vehicle.ide Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
