Check your property trade in values (especially if you haven't in a long while)

Only referring to apartments/garages, not businesses.

 

Basically I saw a post on Reddit about apartments and one guy mentioned the one on Bay St that he really enjoyed due to being right on the water, I recalled that I used to have that property as well and decided to buy it again while swapping out one of my stand alone six car garages. The six car garage I ended up swapping out was on Davis St, only costs like 72k, yet in the list of properties I could choose from to trade in it was listed as having a 1.5 million trade in value. Guessing due to some bug that mismatched the values of the properties I owned or something.

 

So yeah, got paid 1.4 million to swap between two cheap properties. Dunno if it's a common bug or not but thought I'd just toss this out there so others can check the trade in values of theirs, someone else might get lucky too I figure.

To clarify, I haven't abused anything, I traded in one property (the same one I was already planning on trading in, thus couldn't really avoid it) and that was it, just thought I'd pass the info along in case someone else got use out of it. You coming in like you're on a high horse going in on "lets see how long your account lasts" was irritating admittedly.

 

And if they did? Big whoop, the games old as f*ck.

Only the people that went overboard with it. I did it at least 30 times on an account that had already been money wiped from a previous glitch and nothing happened to me I even kept over 20 million that I still had in cash.

All I'm saying is that your suggestion is terrible and could lead to you and other folks getting whiped/banned.

You may not care about it if your account gets set back to 0 but other people may do.

 

Not sure what part of that puts me on a high horse but ok. That "lets see how long your account last" was meant as a "lets see how long it takes R* to ban/whipe the people who used/abused this bug while the cheats who break the game keep running wild on PC".

Oh NO, he was well overboard with it - just recently in one of his streams he was talking about it, and said he was aware he did enough of 'trades' to stay under the red line, but could not help himself & he kept doing it some more

Naw you calm down bucko, you're the one coming into the thread acting like I was abusing this and that I was suggesting people abuse it, you could have came in and warned me without acting like that.

 

Whats next, you gonna tell me not to keep selling my prize ride and casino cars for full value when they bug out too?

 

I appreciate people informing me of things like that, just not in the way you did it.

Well, good to know!
Then it was very dishonest from him to suggest he did it only once, on that video when he moaned about all his cars been lost. He even implied he could retire from GTA back then.
Very un-professional to risk his main income source doing cheats, while doing decent cash streaming. He could even get his crew grind some Cayos for him by only asking for help.

Today i wanted to buy a new property because i thought i would still have 2 slots left, but i was wrong.

 

But then i saw this.

For some reason that cheap 331 Supply Street 10 slot garage is worth 2 million if trading it in. I won't do that because i like the garage, and i don't wanna get banned.

I will just buy the garage on the picture and another one on tuesday, 20 more slots will be enough for me for quite some time.
