Good week for me personally! Free Sovereign Bike and Gauntlet Classic. $200k bonus for doing 4 races. I'm assuming it still counts if you do them solo? And I guess i'll finally buy a Facility now that it's on sale. I'll have to check out if any of those discounted 'murica cosmetics are any good.

 

Also i'm happy business battle beer hats are back! Although it took me over 10 tries last time to unlock the pink wireframe bodysuit but I kept unlocking the green one over and over again so let's see how my luck is this time. I have a feeling it's going to be a pain in the ass trying to unlock all 4 of them.

For “event cargo” get 3-4 friends in an invite only lobby and have each player be in their own ceo/Mc.  Blow up the car to spawn 2 crates and take turns bringing back 1 crate so you can relay what’s in the other crate, if your friends tell you it’s something you already have let another player take the remaining crate.

So I put the Patriot tire smoke on my Western Sovereign, and I couldn't get the damn thing to smoke the tires.

I ended up switching to the Patriot Beer livery on my Hotring Sabre, and Patriot tire smoke on that. Seems to be just clouds of bright red smoke. I was hoping for blue & red striped or something.

Yes and yes.

If you want all 5 items, expect to get atleast 20 dupes.

The GTA+ rewards run through July 18th... so it looks like July 19th is when we'll be getting the next content update.

Wasn't sure - and up to 72 hours to receive the bonus money means waiting three days to test whether or not doing them solo counts.

 

I figured it wasn't worth risking it, so I just did them through the featured series, just to be on the safe side - all done in 20 minutes (including twiddling my thumbs waiting to load into each lobby), and it was pretty good for a giggle, racing unwieldy off-roaders with randoms.

This is great 'unlock car color' week with 3xGTA$ on all land races - so even a famous prison round road is now 'money machine' (well not really but it's three times bigger bowl of peanuts )

Maybe I'll put 'add' if someone who is also solo like me and wants to do unlocking in next few days. I'd like to help and as I want colors for 2nd character it's not that important to me, can 'trade' few wins for my one

The Ignus at the Car Meet this week looks like it has some unique paints with a Worn Green primary and Pure Gold wheels. (Going off @JustinR512's site). I guess this is the same as the stock Weaponized Ignus in E&E with the difference that the Weaponized has one of the new E&E pearls.

 

Not a big Ignus fan but I picked it up. Worn Green looks a bit odd on it but the Pure Gold wheels look sharp.

Challenge accepted - A level 1 random and a level 1424 who hasn't played a DCH for probably over 2 years.

 

 

1 restart after I forgot how to escape the casino and tripped the police, who obviously butchered my unhealthy colleague, and they told me they'd played before so not a true level 1, but I'll take it.

 

So diamonds are nice but I'd forgotten all the f*cking preps are "go fetch X. Now go fetch the other X". And they STILL make you get the vault drills.

 

oh and they were level 5 with $1.6m after...

Replayed the Lester mission "Hack and Dash" for old times sake with double cash I made like $35k. I used to enjoy doing it solo after they switched to "Time = $ payout". Block the keypad with a car so cops don't really shoot while you hack. Grab the FIB Buffalo, Drive through the freeway tunnel, out the other side and over to Lester's. Return to the scene of the crime, repeat with the FIB Granger.

 

But wow, I forgot how slow the hacking is for that mission. BruteForce on it moves like a snail compared to Sightseer's and others. Not to mention you have to use the thumbstick for the mouse on console to select the External Drive and then every app. Makes me appreciate how streamlined the modern missions are, same with taking and sending photo ones. Old ones required manually going through the phone list and texting the person. Newer missions does it automatically.

Yup, same, it works fine solo. I got 200K for Prime too for some reason the other day, I thought it had been reduced to GTA$125K - I'll take it  

 

I was discussing with others in another topic about how these rewards appear as "Prime Gaming" rewards even if you're not a subscriber, but nope - the race rewards said they were for a GTA Online event.
