Loading screens on the PS2 were slow because the hardware at the time wasn't fast enough to load it in a blink. Your PC, on the other hand, is so fast that it can load the game under the fragment of a millisecond. So what is the solution? Having a PC that is bad enough so that loading will take a long time.
