Colored notifications in GTA ONLINE ?

I have been seeing some people who upload or stream GTA O having different colored notification ( most common red and green ) and I have been wondering why I never had any of those all I get is black so how is it that people have different color notifications than I do

The green notification alerts the player a higher mental state, a k a they are soon be sent to a "bad sports lobby"...

Nothing to achiveve IMO

They messed up those colours recently. Sometimes they are coloured, sometimes not. Doomsday heist invite notifications lost their unique colour etc.

Having a high mental state value, doesn't send ppl to badsport lobby. This only happens, if ppl quit jobs, or destory personal vehicles of others on consoles. Destroying personal vehicles on PC NEVER sends ppl to bad sport sessions. This is deactivated on PC.

A higher mental state has nothing to do with bs 

It means you killed players and will not give bs points

Green are for Heists invites, Red are for adversary modes. They're broken if your invites notifications are hidden, so their color is transfered to non-invite notifications.
