How can I enable sidemissions to civilian vehicles?

Since I learned how to add vehicles without replacing them, I had the question if it is possible to add some features to existing or new vehicles in this game.

What I mean by this?
I want to know if it is possible to enable the vigilante, taxi driver, firefighter or paramedic missions in other vehicles, for example, to do the vigilante missions in the cheetah vehicle

or also know how to add hydraulic suspension to other vehicles for example Esperanto

I have tried to change the handling and default.ide but for the moment I have not had any results.

does anyone know how i can do that?

Except if I'm wrong you have to modify the main.scm and start a new game.

There is a glitch that allows you to do the taxi fares with other vehicles. 

 

While you are in a Taxi hold at the same time "Look behind" (Mousewheel) and "Toggle Misson" (Num+). Hold these 2 keys. Then exit your Taxi and enter another car. Wait about 2 seconds and release every key.

 

However, the glitch does not work for Paramedic, Vigilante and Firefighter.

that sounds interesting, I think I'll have to learn how to use sanny builder for this if I'm not mistaken
