Something is very wrong with my game

For the past months or longer i have been noticing a list of different issues with GTA 5 on my PS4, i will list all the problems and issues i have had with the game instead of writing.

 

 

 

Reccuring High Priority Issues

 

1 - Police cars constantly spawning behind me when im driving (they are chasing a npc car and engaging in a shootout) (This has been non-stop, everytime i play the game it keeps happening)

 

2 - Repeatedly getting one stars for stealing a vehicle, even if its in a carpark (Happening more often than before)

 

3 - Jimmy keeps spawning either outside michaels house on the road in a particular spot or arrives at the perfect time just as i (playing as michael) exit the house.

 

4 - Traffic vehicles sinking into the ground for a second before acting normally.

 

5 - Vehicles appear as i drive closer and sometimes dissapear when i turn my back and turn back around.

 

 

Overall the game has been spawning almost everything it wouldn't have before and i've been seeing vehicles that would be considered rare very often, like the Zentorno. 

 

I have the premium edition of GTA 5.

Could be your hard drive getting slow or going bad.

GG police cars constantly spawning behind you, even when they not spawn in regular traffic  .
