Game breaking glitch?

Hey how is everyone doing ? So I’ve encountered a game breaking glitch in story mode of gta v where as soon as I load in and try and change weapons my character gets stuck in this animation where he’s constantly holstering and unholstering his weapon over and over. I can’t change any of my weapons or anything. Even hostile npcs have this glitch. It just started doing it and I have no clue how to fix it. I’ve uninstalled and some more but to no luck !
