Description of the theme

Design a mission centered around doing work for/against a government agency e.g; FBI, CIA, USDA, NHS, etc. or any other government owned institution.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Blatant troll behavior will NOT be tolerated.

What does this mean BTW ?

Also a little QUESTION : is it allowed to use Dyom IX for designing a MOTW MISSION or is it prohibited ?

Currently, only DYOM 8.1 is allowed for MOTW entries.
