GTA SA - Save Game Editor

I found a save editor for GTA-SA, and it's great! You can use beta tattoos and even restore unused gangs like the Italian Mafia. That's without putting any mod.
You can edit CJ's clothes, with him in 3D and more, I'll leave the download link below.

Java is required installed, if you have already just extract the files to a folder and double-click the editor.jar
