Ondr4H
My favourites are about stock market and cop behavior. When GTA V was released there was widely popular false information about stock markets, how they are affected to freeroam. For example, If you destroy few planes of same company, their stock will goes down and stocks of competitors company up. Another very popular false information was how police is aggresive towards specific character. Cops in LS are more aggresive towards Franklin but not for Michael. Or in rural area how they are aggresive towards Trevor and they even know him by name. universetwisters and AkshayKumar
sabitsuki
Music stores and MP3 players in IV. They've cut that feature but it'll be nice if they did include them. I think Saints Row 1 and Watch Dogs are the only games so far that have implemented this feature successfully in gameplay. universetwisters
I remember reading online that in IV, if you enter a car and stay in the same spot for a bit, niko would put on a seatbelt (much like how if you get on a bike and stay still, he’ll put on a helmet) and putting on a seatbelt would keep you from flying out the windshield I remember my stupid 13 year old ass must’ve sat there for over a minute just waiting for niko to do some seatbelt-putting-on animation before I realized that people on the internet lied to me Rotorhead359, Rajder, Donald Lov and 1 other
wise_man
Heist in GTA V was a side activity/mission. Like the Caligula heist in San Andreas, it's a separate job from the main story. If only I knew that there's nothing to rob once the story's over at that time The Tracker

GhettoJesus
Flying off the map in San Andreas will spawn additional gang territories. While this is true on the PS2 if you fly at the right direction it doesn't work like that on PC. Afaik you can only corrupt very few, insignificant territories. My dumbass tried flying off the map several times for like half an hour. It would have been kinda cool if you could corrupt every territory like on the PS2 though. Gravarty
Riding the bus in GTA IV. In the official PlayStation or another magazine (I can't remember which) it was written that you can wait at bus stops and get on the bus (like a cab) and then get off at other stops (like the subway). ... I then always imagined sitting on the bus in first person mode and looking at the city at night. Yeah, after the game was released, I was pretty pissed when this feature wasn't in the game and I waited for more than an hour at one of the bus stops and nothing happened Edited June 18 by Gravarty universetwisters and Ivan1997GTA

Panzermann11
Like NightmanCometh said, Rockstar Dundee being the developer of GTA Definitive Edition. Before trailers and screenshots were revealed, hearing that Grove Street Games would actually be developing the Definitive Edition is a big red flag for me considering their reputation from the broken mobile ports for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Before that, radios were tuned to certain songs if you were in a car.
