Cocaine business back to start up process

My business is back to the Set up process. it shows my total sales and earning and my upgrades are gone.  I have restarted game and went to new session. Still the same.  Any ideas or am I SOL?

Disclaimer: I'm not entirely up to date on MC businesses, I don't use them and they just sit empty to supplement the nightclub.

I stopped running them when Doomsday Heist (Bogdan glitch) and Nightclub came out.

 

Maybe your business has been raided? Raids can be bugged, and it is possible to get raided without notification.

If you switch sessions during a raid, the raid fails automatically for you and the business is shut down.

To prevent raids:

• Don't go AFK, coffee or bathroom break while registered as MC president. Always disband first.
• Don't let your product sit inside business for too long, or save it for event weeks.
  Raids are on a timer, and some people get all their businesses raided back-to-back as soon as they register as MC president.
  (usually because they have been saving product for too long, I get it if you don't want to sell MC without event week bonus)
  Also, the raid timers don't always reset after a sale, and you can get raided on a business you just finished selling.
• Same for CEO crate warehouses and being CEO. Crate warehouses can get raided when they are filled above ~70% capacity.

That's what I thought too, but his upgrades are also gone. You shouldn't lose your upgrades when you get raided.

Wait, I was assuming the upgrades were not there because the business was shutdown and he didn't do the setup yet.

You mean you actually did the setup again, and now you have to buy the upgrades again? That is wrong, I'd file a ticket with Rockstar support about lost in-game items.

I did the setup again and my upgrades are gone. need to purchase them again.  I opened a Rockstar support ticket but have not heard back.  Last issues I have reported to them they were unable to assist or see issues with even after screenshots sent in.  Useless support from what I have had to deal with previously.

Maybe you changed lab location somehow by accident.

didnt change anything. login today though and it is back to normal and upgrades are back also.   IDk...
