Gta san andreas mouse lag

Hello, I couldn't save the game in gta san andreas. so I made the compatibility mode windows 98/windows me, but after doing that, the mouse started to lagging, please help

classic GTA SA is very old and problematic for new systems.. this unofficial patch fixes most problems including mouse
