Does anyone know how to convert cars from San Andreas to GTA III or VC?

while installing vehicles from GTA VC, LCS and VCS to my GTA III I noticed that there are not many vehicles from gta san andreas for gta iii or vc
and I would like to know if someone knows how to export the vehicles so that they are compatible with gta iii
because I'm not very good at it and I would like someone to help me
I could only notice that the dff model has all 4 wheels included, something that does not happen in gta iii and vc where the wheels are completely separated from the dff model of the vehicle and I also noticed that the TXD texture is divided into two parts which I do not understand exactly how to join it

If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it.
