Character creation lifestyle choices?

Hey guys I’m pretty much new to this game. For some reason I am not seeing the life style choices anywhere when I’m making my character. I can do my stat points but do not have the lifestyle choice I see in other videos. I was having some trouble finding anything about why it wouldn’t show up. Any help? ThankS

The lifestyle choices were only for the 360/PS3 versions, now they're done via stat points.
