Game can load save files but can't load a new game?

I can perfectly run my save files, (there are some that freeze my game for whatever reason), but anyway everytime my game freezes id have to turn off my pc then boot it up again, Win+D wont work, alt-tabbing, taskmanager cant even be selected, i cant do anything but just restart pc. My save files work well, but i cannot make a new game for some reason, the last mod i added was a Visual Clothing Picker https://www.mixmods.com.br/2018/12/visual-clothing-picker-mudar-roupa-por-interface-com-mouse/ (which i spent 30 mins trying to get to work) and it wouldn't so i deleted, tried to load up new game and my game would freeze. Tried again, froze again.
