File Frame.Ini Not Found in Your Game Directory and also one more problem

This usually happens when im playing the User Track Player, a random message would pop up saying "File Frame.Ini Not Found in your game directory" even though i literally have it in the directory

This has been happening ever since I added tracks in the UTR, when my music wouldn't play (I made a topic about this but now its resolved) it would say "File Frame.Ini Not Found in your game directory" when i skip atleast 3 or 4 times then the games crashes 6 seconds later. Now that my music plays it usually happens when i get in a vehicle (Maybe for one that auto select UTR, like when i get in the vehicle its radio station is already UTR) then it gives the prompt. There's times where the game also crashes when i switch the station into UTR or also when i get into a vehicle (which probably has UTR selected as radio station). But CrashInfo wont give me any info about it. 

 

Like mine, one guy said in another topic that his game "seems to run perfectly fine without any issues", mine also doesn't have any issues AFAIK. Here's the prompt 

EDIT: Just like here in the photo, i was playing UTR, my good driving skills led me to crashing, when i got into the vehicle, (utr is still playing, didnt switch radio station) this came up. I assume this problem has something to do with UTR.

Also got one thing regarding CrashInfo, is this normal? Cuz when i exit the game it freezes as soon as i press quit unless i tab out and manually end task SA. CrashInfo wont show why this is happening but sometimes, it says something about setting the timedobjectsdrawdistance thing into 0 for Project2DFX. I like the game with a recommended configuration by TJGM, personally i think the difference is very big and it makes san andreas feel better. Back to the timedobjectsdrawdistance thing, i dont want to set it to 0, so is there any way to fix this? Thanks

I believe it could possibly be related to one of your mods and not related to the User Tracks at all, can you try to go to Options > Controller Setup > Redefine Controls > Vehicle Controls and change the "User Tracks Skip" from F5 to "6" and then, get into a vehicle and try pressing "6" to skip a User Track and see if it would appear again?

I tried skipping and it didn't happen again, i think its all good! Ill maybe come back here when it prompts up again in a span of like a week. Thank you!

Skipping is fine. could be related to User Track tho. I customized my car in transfender and as always, UTR is playing, seconds later File Not Found thing appears again.. But my game isn't having any problems though. Lmk if u want a video of it cuz i clipped it when it happened

happened again, last thing i did was change something in mixsets.. u can see in the video im driving around then i switch stations and as soon as i switch to UTR my game immediately crashes. Ive gotten the same error code before when entering a dressing room in ur safehouses, deleted a mod and it didnt crash anymore. But im confused that the same code came back again 

station switching next to the radar cropped it incase (its very visible tho idk why i cropped it too)
