How to restore the character action of gta underground?

Gta Underground is a super masterpiece, I like it very much, but some of the actions in it have lost their variety, for example, the animation when dying is almost always falling forward, and the original San Andreas death animation will be based on  Different attack styles allow playing many kinds of death animations.  I have tried replacing the original San Andreas ped.ifp with no effect, I really can't figure out how to get the character animation back to the original San Andreas state? I saw on youtube that someone can even modify animations and install ragdolls。Hope someone answers my questions, thanks
