Cutter De Blanc Posted June 11 Share Posted June 11 How about the mean old bastard who runs Emerald Ranch? He's usually on the porch of his house and whenever you try to talk to him he insults you. I found out him patrolling his ranch the other day and he was actually civil for a change!
