San Andreas User Track Files wont work

I imported about 70 songs in the user tracks folder and i noticed they wouldn't play, so i removed them and i added just one song and tried scanning to see if it would work - Nope

Then i decided to rename the folder into something and then i put songs, after that i scanned, wouldn't work + another User Track folder got created automatically, so i found this fix (not really) where you have to "try deleting the sa-ufiles.dat and sa-utrax.dat files from the User Files folder and re-scan the user tracks" i thought it was over and it was finally gonna get fixed, so again, i put one song only and then deleted sa-ufiles.dat and sa-utrax.dat, and it did not fix it and the amount of times ive spent reopening and rescanning made me ask for help here instead of trying to fix it by myself. 

 

Also some little problems, game crashes when i skip too much tracks in the user track player, and also before that happens it does this thing where it says "frame.ini not found in game directory" i was like huh and then i decided to check the directory but it has a frame.ini file

Hmm, when you imported your songs in the game, were you using shortcuts or did you put the entire mp3 songs? Also do you have Silentpatch installed? If not, then I'd recommend you install it.

I used the mp3 songs, ive never considered using shortcuts though, saw a guy talk about how he had 90+ [EDIT: damn it wasn't 90 but it was 200!] (i think it was that number) shortcuts of his songs in user track folder and it still worked - Yup i have silentpatch installed

I just want to listen to custom songs lmfao, i tried running the game in Windows 93 and with the music as shortcuts, didnt work

 

^ Also that's a photo of the amount of times ive deleted them, you can see it starts at 10:41 PM then to 11:32 PM and then right now its 11:45 PM, ive also done it before but i deleted them from the recycle bin, probably been an hour and thirty since ive tried fixing. Every solution i find won't work

well can you try using shortcuts? i too have a downgraded version of gta sa but I am using a shortcut and it works like a charm.

Edit: I'm a dumbass, I didn't read your second post, I'm sorry but could it possibly be that the music file is the problem?

huh it worked

 

after that while the game was still running, i put the songs i wanted into the folder, and i scanned two times, i was disappointed when it was just dialogues again but the game crashes when (I assume) the dialogues finish, when the dialogues finish it tries to play the mp3s i put and it would just crash. Might be the reason why it crashes is because of the mp3s.

 

I guess it has something to do with the website where i downloaded it. Where do you download your mp3s? (i dont know if this is a good question to ask lmao)

more specifically, where did you download the theme song? 

 

EDIT - yup i think it has to do with the mp3s i have, but when i transferred them to my phone, they would play without any problem. Im pretty sure it has something to do from the website where i downloaded it.

FIXED

 

Fixed it, so if you do any solution to fix this problem and it still won't fix, (User Track Files not working) maybe try redownloading your files OR use another downloader. 

I used another downloader and it worked! Felt refreshing
