Secondly, the arcade is one of the most reliable ways to crash your game. Just try joining a random casino heist or attempt to use the drones in the basement.

I voted for the Biker Clubhouse for just the clubhouse and what not.  The business missions are a dread to do.  My second choice is the Casino.  With grinding taking its toll on me mentally my character can now use all of the money that I made to become a professional gambler lol

Casino Penthouse for all the available services including wheel right downstairs I can go spin in my pajamas if I want to and valet out. Great location too right next to highway. Business wise it's a toss up between nightclub and Agency.

I also find it hilarious turning the in-game music off and making all the clubbers dance to new wave or Phil Collins.

 

Not much to do there but I still think the stilthouse's are aesthetically cool.

You're in luck now! Just run the biker clubhouse supply mission and you'll have a few people in "biker" clothing standing around drinking beers. They won't go away if you never do the supply mission again.

The Avenger. 
 

I love setting the plane on autopilot and hovering over interesting areas of the map: along Mt Chiliad, the Mt Gordo Lakes,  the beautiful deadzone that is the southeast coast of sea caves and cliffsides, just above Kortz Center’s roofs, etc. 

 

My character lives on the Avenger, and uses a Deluxo to reach my other favorite property, Zancudo Hangar. Still grateful/shocked I can do Air Freight in an invite-only server with friends, at last. I wish the Hangar had some windows that could peer into the actual surrounding map, or an open ceiling with window panels. 

 

Until we can fly the UFO, have a flying helicarrier, or an insanely big dirigible, I love the Avenger best and am psyched to use it with almost my whole car & bike collection (Thruster too, please). 
 

I do love the Arena War Garage, and used that as my actual spawn until the Agency. I like having the Benny’s mechanic and my fleet of Arena vehicles towering around.
 

I just wish we could access the Arena War coliseum grounds in freemode!  even if we were limited to onfoot or some arbitrary vehicle like the Bunker caddies.
