What is the "coolest" property?

What do you think is the coolest property in GTA Online? I want you to put monetary gains or access to missions aside for this and focus purely on the aesthetic, vibe, activities (like minigames, drinking) etc.

Nightclub was my favorite before, but after Diamond Casino release... Coolest is Casino Penthouse.

Best for moneymaking would be Agency.

Even though I'm a sucker for themed garages such as my auto shop and the Agency has a sh*t ton of very helpful features, I can't help but feel like a Baller everytime I step into my fully decked out Penthouse.

Money making aside .....it was a toss up between arcade, penthouse and yacht . The tranquility found with my yacht parked by the lighthouse near Mt Gordo cant be matched so I picked yacht

Hard choice tbh, I like the Nightclub as a place more than a business property or anything of the sort, lots of shiny lights, music, etc. but I think the coolest is probably the Casino Penthouse because of what you can do in it. The Auto Shop is either 2nd or tied for 1st.

Specifically I think the coolest location is the Wonderama Arcade. I don't even own it since it's too far from the action but the exterior is just awesome.

 

I like the exterior my Auto Shop in Strawberry (Flints) and the Rancho one looks nice too.

 

I also like my Great Chaperal Clubhouse since it's an old gas station. The tattoo parlor in Vespucci Beach looks nice too. The Rancho one is kind of cool since it's Hayes Auto Body Shop and we can now get their jackets from the Car Meet rep store.

 

Some of the other properties for those are kind of generic though. And while the Nightclubs, Agencies and CEO Offices look cool inside I don't think any of them are that memorable from the outside.

 

Overall I guess the Diamond Casino though. Nice exterior and arguably the best interior in customization.

Casino Penthouse is a great place to start, and where I usually spawn whenever I start the game. Plus it's mahoosive, even though I don't use half of it lol. 

But i really do like my old style office, nice view of the city, easy access to every single car I own. 

 

Based purely on aesthetics, I would pick my office.

Kosatka is great for messing with people using its fast travel, cruise missiles, and off radar capabilities.

I consider it a property because you can set it as spawn.

 

Also, the Agency is cool, because Imanitech cars and Chop.

For me without a doubt - Arcade 

It is colorful place with great selection of styles and addons, good indoor lighting, have real underground crime lair, and it is directly connected to best dlc/heist.

If Casino Penthouse had more general options/styles for interior, and not just that boring & drab 3, maybe I'll like it more for its customization options.

I consider the Kosatka more a vehicle than a property. While the Yacht can also be moved around the map, it can't be actively driven only teleported.

You have to consider the MOC and Avenger then as well. Also the bunker is missing as a property but the Arcade basement feels more like a bunker than the bunker. The larger biker club house is pretty cool also. Arena is missing in the list as well.

Legitimately just forgot about the Arena and the Bunker lmao. Added them. Thought I had added the Clubhouse but must've skipped it accidentally. Added that too.

Sure, but the difference is you can own a Kosatka on its own, use it as spawn, and store a PV in it (edit: only one of 2 specific vehicles)

Whereas you can not own the Avenger or MOC by themselves, as they require the Facility and Bunker respectively.

Kosatka works both as a vehicle and a property.

Only point against the Kosatka being a property is that it's destructible.

For "coolest" I had to go with the yacht. I always feel cool when on my yacht. Too bad there is no reason to go there. (Why isn't the yacht an entry vehicle for Cayo?) For everything else, I'm not sure if I like the property because it is inherently cool or because I like the activities I can do there and those activities make the property feel cool.

 

Agency is a cool office. Not sure my character would think it's cool because it's an office and a therefore a work place for them. Auto Shop could have been cool, but the NPCs there make it not cool. I'm not a fan of any of the underground basement type properties. We don't need a Facility and a Bunker. Same with the Arcade, it's a neat property but I don't find it "cool" and I don't understand why we needed a new place to put a heist planning board.

 

I almost might have voted for "Apartment/Stilt House" if it was on the list. Before the Agency my high end apartment was my favorite place to spawn. Would be a cool place to live.

Casino Penthouse, Arcade, and Agency are Top 3 coolest for me. My stilt apartment is pretty nice too.

IMO the best feature of any property are the penthouse decorations.

 

Best location I'd say has the Mt. Gordo facility.

 

In terms of company, you can always pop into your auto shop for a threesome.

 

But overall I will pick the Vespucci Beach clubhouse.

To me, although many new and cool properties were added since that addition, the CEO-office was (and still is) my favourite addition.

 

I absolute LOVE the (Maze Bank) CEO-garage, which is the centerpiece of my (most expensive) car collection. Level 3 is the home of my most expensive cars. I love walking around all three levels. So 9 levels of pure luxury and excess... Love it... 

It's the one place which I still visit, just to hang around. The cool car-entry animation with the car elevator-scene helps too...

You forgot about the HANGAR!
It has a bed, you can spawn there, use the internet, stores up to 20 aircraft.

 

My choice was the Nightclub. Now, with 50k per in-game day for max popularity, accrued income of up to 1.6 million, the music and interchanging DJs, the 31-car extra storage space, extra delivery vehicles, cargo bays with all stock from MC and CEO businesses, raving party goers and POPPY MITCHELL gaffing off like a right shallow bee-atch, what is there NOT to love (besides English Dave, a'wight me ol' mucker, and Lazlow, that's L A Z L O W, no LAZ-LOW with the cheesy leather jacket and glow sticks ).

Warehouse arcade is the property i like the most.

Only downside is the poor lighting on the basement and Wendy's brain dead welcoming phrases like "Uhg.. hey".

I wish i could fire her.

 

Close second is arcadius business center.

I like the building and the 3 floor garage.

 

1st floor - Ferrari, Lambo

2nd - McLaren, Aston Martin, Jaguar

3rd - American muscle cars

It's debatable but Kosatka lacks a TV, for me real property has a TV, I used to watch other players from time to time.

Not a property but I always liked tequi la la with the stage and upstairs and downstairs bar.

There is that small room with the pool table which would be a great place to hang out and get drunk.

 

I have a "safehouse" out in grapeseed which is small but cosy and my character can lay low there sometimes.

 

Clubhouses are cool but would be better if they had npc biker members  in there to make the place feel more like a clubhouse.

I love my arcade. Spawn there at least half the time and for many months I considered it my base of operations. To me, the game has plenty of wealth simulator stuff (the penthouse and office are both that, among other things they offer; obviously so is the yacht). And it's all cool enough. But I like the grubbier places more. It's the same reason I've long wanted them to add houseboats to the game. A houseboat compared to a yacht is similar to the arcade vs. the agency.

 

I also like that the arcade (upstairs part) feels like a real business. So many of the properties we own have no relationship to reality as any of us will ever experience it. The facility and bunker are both ridiculous, for instance. So is the Kosatka. But I can visit an arcade any day of the week, in real life. With a small business loan I could BUY an arcade.

For me, the arcade just edges it.

 

I love the casino penthouse because of the wall decorations interactivity and the games there too, but the arcade just has a little more variety in the games we can play overall and I enjoy sessions just goofing around in there.

The arcade is my favorite spawn location because I can top up my explosive sniper ammo, resupply the bunker, check nightclub stock, take money from the safe, and get snacks from the bar. It's probably the most useful property overall.

 

To answer the topic question, though: the casino penthouse is the coolest property. It has some great views, you can throw a party (which is pretty underwhelming, but a cool idea), and play card and arcade games. There's also a movie room, hot tub, and personal barber. Additionally, you can decorate the crap out of the place - I don't think there's another property in the game that allows that.

The arcade would be one of my favorites. Only if they could of squeezed in a small bowling alley or maybe one of those little skee ball games. This place has it all... MCT?? I mean c'mon! 

 

Secondly, the arcade is one of the most reliable ways to crash your game. Just try joining a random casino heist or attempt to use the drones in the basement.
