I went up at least twenty levels just by occasionally finding collectibles in cities, looting collectibles from the NPCs I beat for my quest of a complete opened-up liquor collection, and selling said collectibles as weekly collections or finding Nazar to sell collectibles I’m too loaded on. XP is a big FAT f*cking joke, rank/level means jack... and as soon as you reach a certain level in both you don't give a f*ck about XP at all anymore(Especially with Passes gone, THAT was the one time I actually cared.
