Get in a taxi and start the mission. After the person gets in drive the car towards water. Activate the cars drive on water cheat and drive the taxi in the sea and stop. Wait till the time provided for the mission to complete. Now the angry passenger gets out of the car and drowns. Work as a taxi driver in the zebra cab 42. Use cheats to play the story as another character (I recommend Sonny) 43. Use the cheat that makes females follow you around and create an army that will defend you no matter what, then use it to rob every store 44. Take some drugs (adrenaline) 45. Get a wanted level, then have a shootout with cops at the Vercetti estate 46. Look at the cosmetic items that spawn in the mansion and hotel after you complete certain missions 47. Go on a rampage wearing the Heist outfit that has the Jason mask 48. Have a fist fight with multiple people and watch Tommy giving the best kicks ever 49. Listen to all the pressing issues shows 50.
