Need help fixing loading screen on CP scope out mission

Looking for some help troubleshooting an issue. Every time I try to play the scope out mission for the CP heist, I fly the plane to the bottom of the map and trigger the cutscene, but all I get is an endless black loading screen. I've tried it 5 or 6 times in different sessions and still can't get past the loading screen without timing out or closing the game. I contacted Rockstar Support and they were useless, giving me automated messages to fix general connection problems. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this? It only happens in this mission, any other loading screen/cutscene in the game is normal.
