Thanks to this mod, you can add Mountain Bike to Gta Vice City game with animations. This mod is completely mine.

Animations and bike are taken from Gta San Andreas game but animations were a bit problematic and I had to redo and edit.

Installation:

Files with the DFF, TXD and IFP extension in the Files folder, by following these steps.

Drop it into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models\gta3.img.
