Why "SA: Mission Maker"?

 

- Multiple actions for one actor

- Several types of path for transport (the car will stop in front of traffic lights and obstacles; fine tuning of the car speed; strict scripted carrec-path and so on)

- Saved vehicle tuning

- Fine-tuning audio during missions (can be turned on and off on certain objectives)

- Now your player's sounds and animations depend on his skin

- Huge amount of settings for actors and vehicles (immunities, actions and more)

- The ability to add your new skins without replacement directly in Mission Maker without leaving the game

- Preview and description of missions; changeable mission end text (instead of "Mission passed")

- The Rockstar code has been fully studied. Now there is no need for mods to expand the limits

- Everything you need is in one folder in "modloader"

- Added the ability to delete each symbol separately. (keyboard)
- When entering text, the text no longer crawls out of the blue bar
- When entering a file name, you can no longer use the Russian layout and more than 8 characters. This will help avoid conflicts within the game.
- The "theme color" section has been added to the "launch menu".
- When creating a car, you can rotate the camera.
- Mission section name now have new font
- Fixed camera freezing when canceling it.
- Changed text color palette.
- The item "Immobilize the player" has been moved to the "Player settings" section
- Added item "Black bars" to the "Objectives menu" section
- When setting a smooth camera, you can set the time of its flight to the coordinates
- Added "language" section to "launch menu"
- In the "Action for transport" item "following the actor" was added.
- In the "Action for actor" item was added to shoot from the window.
- In "action for actor" item was added to fix the actor on the machine.
- Fixed a bug that triggered a different mission than the one currently running.
- Now, when creating a sphere, you can specify its type.
- If you tune it before creating the car, then the tuning will be saved.
- Music volume has been adjusted.
- Now you can fully get used to the role of the skin that you are wearing. In addition to voice acting, there are also movement animations.

- Fixed a crash when creating different vehicles. (The problem was in the newly added tuning)
- All cities became open.
- Added some destructible objects from the original to the map.
- Remade groups for actors. Added their description.

- Game speed adjustment has been added to the "objective settings".
- Music during the mission is now turned off after the player's death.
- Added CARREC paths for transport.
- Fixed a problem with magnets in helicopters.

- Before creating a objective, there is now more fine-tuning of the objective:
*You can specify or not specify the text of the objective.
*You can set the color or turn off the marker.
*Can specify the amount of time you want to pass the objective.
*You can set the time to pass the objective.
- In the "Objective settings" item is removed to disable actor markers.
- Before you create an actor you can set or turn off a marker over it.
- The player shouts out lines now not when aiming, but when firing.
- Mission can be skipped by entering the cheat code "END".
- Before creating an actor or car, you can turn on the display of his health bar under the hood.
- The speed of the game is no longer reset with each objective.
- Reworked the ADDON system for actor models.
- Fixed the crash after recording the Carrec-path.
- Fixed some problems with Turret mode.
- When teleporting a player, the transport is no longer teleported with him.
- When adding a dialog, you can now enable the "skippable" function.
- Corrected a bug that prevents you from exiting the dialog settings menu.
- Lengthened text width for menu items with more than 30 sections. The display is now more readable at 720 resolution.
- Fixed a bug that prevented player animation previews.
- Health and armor scrolling acceleration added.
- Petrol Tank Explosion moved to vehicle immunities.
- Gangs whose skin the player has no longer attack the player. Including special actors like SWEET, Cesar.
- Countdown was added to the objectives menu. As in races.
- "Trees" and "Buildings" categories were added to base objects.
- Added camera fixing on vehicles and actors.
- Added keyboard character input sounds.
- Adapted many screen resolutions for mission previews.
Russian-speaking menu is corrected, if you use English language.
- Before creating a car or actor, a "Must Survive" item has been added.
- The item "clear traffic" has been added to the goal setting.
- Now when selecting a objective changes the player's position when teleporting.
- Added menu for editing the Title, description, author of the mission.

Devs, i'll paste question from the previous topic: Is turret mode crashing for you, and teleport player actor to veh by passenger also, or is it for people without fastman limiter / ola ? Kind of curious, and how'bout a little sneak peak of interesting "New Objectives" update that's coming? Cheers

What it is, it's basically a precise car path. Basically there's a carrec file already in main GTA:SA folder, which stores all of NPC Car Routes I believe, so basically if you'll use it in your mission you can do more precise paths - actor that you'll program with that path will drive like NPC's in singleplayer GTA.

Yup, you're right I was very wrong, it looks so cool. Question is, you need to do routes beforehand and then it will work or just set a one route destination

In MM, you can make a path with points and customize it. It is possible that during this path the car stops in front of traffic lights. You can make it aggressive. You can do it, as in DYOM, or you can do it so that it does not react to traffic lights, but reacts to obstacles. You can set her speed. You can make a scripted carrec-path that will demolish everything in its path. You can make carrec-path normal, which will behave like in races

For example, you press the CARREC path in action, the car repeats how i drive.

Normal: Normal

Loop: Drives again

SCRIPTED: Drives just like tenpenny fire truck and its unpushable.

I will try to guess your next update:

-Fixed Cutscenes

-Added Linear Camera Mode

-Fixed the crash of pressing Y after doing something

-Added Look at actor Camera Mode

Thats it, if i didnt guess any of those Features, then tell me.

You can add this project mission:

-Put Player

-Set Camera positions

-Restore Camera back to player If finished.

-Add Get in car objective

-Put checkpoint to drive

-Set another Camera Positions

-Restore Camera back to player again

-Add Kill all enemies and boss

-Add get in car again

-And drive to checkpoint

And FINISH!

 

Try it! it will work for sure!
