If you are able to clip/get the camera upstairs at the aforementioned building, please tell me. I’ve heard rumors that princess IKZ may be prisoner there, and I believe it may be part of a cut suspicious activity quest involving her. Possibly there is something up there. At most, I can angle the camera just right and see the roof, but nothing more.

Somebody managed to get up there once, there's nothing of interest up there. There's actually an invisible ceiling that prevents you from getting to the second floor if you manage to get in the backroom with the stairs

Game's been out since 2018, yet folks still speculating about hard-to-access content. Granted, newcomers have little clue how massive of a project this game has amounted to, so all blame aside.
