Ewaduse Posted June 1 Share Posted June 1 (edited) I had the same thing in the first GTA Vice City I've installed. You need DAEMON Tools Lite for this bug and you need to pack all of the vice city stuff into a RAR, Open DAEMON Tools Lite and make the RAR a Virtual CD with it. The bug will get fixed. Unfortunately there's no other way to fix it as far as I know. You may install another GTA Vice City to get the bug fixed.
