By the way, I posted this here only because there is no "Trilogy Forum" on this site. Anyway, I would probably pay $20.00 for this, maybe $25.00, and would only buy it on PC, since the modders are wiping the collective asses of Rockstar and GSG by fixing their Trilogy for them. Even with all the blemishes, I wouldn't go as far as saying I wouldn't take it for free lol like some are saying. But this was a crappy cell phone port, and an insult both the the glorious history of these Trilogy games AND to the power of the new consoles and better PCs. If you mean major bugs like: Broken mouse sensitivity, broken Dodo PC controls, huge control lag in GTA Vice City, Mobile leftovers on PC and consoles; tapping completely removed, bicycles in GTA SA are now useless, combat system as well.. (There is much more to list, but I don't care about this game anymore) then no. It will probably never be fixed. Quality man quality wins, buggy design is sh*t. They should have taken care of 3d era games. Honestly I would only try the remasters only if it ever gets fixed and VULKANIZED. I wanted them because of the rendering and finally having dynamic shadows for the whole world, but the ports are such a mess that it’s not even worth it for that. I was really hoping the trilogy would get the Bully Scholarship Edition treatment, but that was back when Rockstar didn’t outsource to these weird devs. Makes me wonder why they bought that small dev studio a while back and made them “Rockstar Dundee” if it wasn’t for the trilogy remaster. It's not even that I care about the $40.00. I would pay $20.00 just for the lulz, and neither is a significant enough sum to be concerned about. But there is a greater point here for me. You could argue it's still not worth $20, and a lot of people are. But at least that would be fair for the new slightly improved graphics and some of the features. I think the encouragement and validation that devs and publishers get from a $60.00 sale of a game differs from when the same game sells for $40.00, and even far more, for $20.00. So while I don't care about $40.00, I do not want to give them $40.00 worth of validation. I would give them the $20.00, though. lol That's at least only $6.67 per game.
