What's your favourite wasted style?

I like V's style. The sound is cool along with the slow motion. Wish it was longer though

 

Also like the SA one - the spinning cam is nice

GTA IV’s fade to black is awesome. I like how you can mess with the camera for a few seconds after Niko dies.

And I just somehow hate that V's sound effect.

GTA IV's is the best because it goes on for as long as you want it to and as long as your character is moving.

GTA IV - I really love the slow motion and the black & white effect. I like how you can still rotate the camera during this effect

I like IV's, but wanted a Wasted sign because generally I like "You Died", "You've been killed" text appears on screen when my character died in video games. I could've liked V's more if it has no sound at start (the sound appearing with wasted sign is ok).

Everybody uses GTA V's "Wasted" for memes, but I don't really like I the sound effects.

 

I think GTA III to GTA VCS are all mostly the same with slight variances, and I do really like them.

 

GTA IV is perhaps my pick. I like the slow motion effect and camera rotation. I just wish respawn was manual (button prompt) rather than automatic. It often cuts out well before I'd like it to.

 

A customizable Wasted screen seems ideal. I'm thinking it should follow the character with a rotatable camera like in GTA IV, but slow motion, color filters, the "Wasted" message (and its appearance), and additional sound effects should be optional.

Just letting you know, there's a mistake in the poll.

 

It's actually GTA3, LCS and VCS which have that spinning top-down wasted cam, whereas only SA and VC have the left-right swaying wasted cam flying upwards.

 

But anyway, IMHO the GTA3, LCS and VCS wasted style is the best with the camera spinning as it flies upwards while pointing down at the player character.

Only got into LCS recently but it would have to be my favourite tbh, it was the first GTA to actually have the red wasted text that 5 popularised because IIIs was orange VCs was turquoise and SAs was the gangster font used all over the game, and I like how the camera starts spinning immediately because it did that in III but the camera physically moved in place where as in LCS it just quickly snaps into place above the players corpse and in III it spun not as quick. It's just funny as f*ck to me watching Toni fall on his face after getting shot and the camera just ascends while spinning rapidly lol. GTA IV is good too I like the black and white filter that was smart.
