LMAO At worst, it is a very small "if". I never suggested a n00b buy a bunker straight off, I was simply refuting your error. Furthermore, you may not have heard of the unwanted configurations being crossed off, but I assure you, it is true. In almost two years of a great deal of profitable full bunker sales, almost never is an unwanted configuration repeated, so long as I change sessions and launch the next try at a sale right away. I'm sure it resets at some point. So again, I am not recommending someone who is short on money and looking to make as much as possible to buy and upgrade a bunker. But your point was flat out wrong. It is NOT a very big if at all. I can promise you that if it were a very big if I would have abandoned solo full bunker sales a long time ago.

LOLkay. I have a hundred million in the bank all legit and own every single business, a yacht, a full hangar, dozens of fully upgraded cars--and this is all on my third account since the game launched, so I've essentially done that three times over--but sure, don't listen to me.

So your entire purpose in arguing with me was to counter three vague words even though you agree with my basic point that the bunker should never be purchased by a new player before the sub or nightclub? Check, got it. By the way, I said explicitly in the original post that you have been arguing with that there were tricks to get better vehicles for the sale (which includes session-hopping, but also an MOC trick that you "serious grinders" don't seem to even be aware of). I still wouldn't recommend this stuff for new players because it's needlessly complicated and tedious for the amount of money you get.

To correct your factual error, and your unintentional spreading of disinformation regarding money grinding, yes, I wanted to set the record straight. Lest you go back to the tirde cliche of this being a n00b-created thread, I would remind you that other people read this, and one could very, very easily get the mistaken impression from your posts that selling full bunkers solo is a waste of time, which anyone worth their salt in this game already knows is patently false; however, someone maybe not as new as the OP but new enough to be potentially scared off of bunker sales by your very serious error error.

 

I am very happy that when I was ready to dive into buying a bunker and doing bunker sales, that someone like you didn't happen along and fecklessly dissuade me, as you are running the risk of doing to people a little more experienced than the OP.

And I have about 1.3 Billion, all legit, a great deal of that coming from the always awesome and fantabulous solo full  bunker sales. I do only have one account, but I have only been playing GTAO 2 years.

In short, I stayed on topic and you didn't and for some reason you want to die on that hill. I stated very clearly, multiple times, that experienced players 1) can make money doing bunker sales (albeit quite a bit less than Cayo/casino/nightclub per hour invested), and 2) that experienced players with full bank accounts should do whatever they feel like regardless of how much money it makes or doesn't make. What exactly is the problem with that statement?

 

There is no disinformation spread in here by me. I stick to the facts only. If you or partci want to talk actual facts about bunkers, start a thread and I will happily join in. As for this thread, we are way off topic as even you don't believe a bunker is a good investment for a new player. So... why are you still arguing with me, except that you apparently just want to? I'm sorry I threw very mild shade at your beloved bunker. It won't happen again, at least in this thread.

Knew this topic would go this way because there's always some kind of disagreement about the best thing to do/own/whatever in GTA Online, or someone arguing semantics or whatever because God knows why...

 

OP, I think you have lots of valuable info in this topic already that should help you with your purchase and with making the most of the starter pack/GTAO in general. It's time to lock this, unfortunately.
