I've stood in the same spot while reloading my save and the streetlights that flicker always change. They seem to be on a system, where one flickers for 1 to 2 seconds, then another one close by does the same, and then the first one flickers again, and repeat. I'm asking about this since I do not know if this is intentional or not, since it doesn't appear in the 1.1 patch. This also applies to any corona with a white color.
