SA for example, the game itself is like 4.7GB but 3GB of it are just it's audio files, so if you multiply the audio file by 4 (for German, Italian, Spanish, and French) the game file would reach about 14GB which would be useless for most people who doesn't speak all of those languages. I tend to play the games in either english or in some rare cases in language that is fitting the setting, so for example I've played Witcher 3 in Polish and Metro in Russian. Since GTA was so far always set in English speaking country (USA or UK) it wouldn't change much to me. Spanish dub should be done with that one specific loquendo voice only. For every character. Even the female ones. I don't know if the Housers speak other languages, but they sure damn understand that dubs can not fully express the original vision.
