GTA III pre-9/11 beta.

Is there a GTA III pre-9/11 beta available? One that features blue police cars that look like the NYPD police cars and all the other stuff that was removed or changed due to 9/11.

None officially publicly available but you could recreate it with mods.

 

Not only that but I remember in an interview for the 10 year anniversary, rockstar said the only things they really changed were the cop car liveries, some radio stuff, and a flight path for the planes iirc
