I bought a car from someone at the LS car meet and it still isn't in any of my garages

Mind you i can't remember what garage i put it in, but the money was deducted

  Bring up Phone.  Call Mechanic...  select the Garage... and see what's in each one.

I literally went into every garage and I can't find it
