This is nonsense, my name is Manuel, and i don't look like a Manuel. I don't look like a mexican or something, im a typical white guy with blue eyes and dark blonde hair.

Me? I'm the black sheep. Never could fit in with any crowd, never understood, never found closure. Got how the world works pretty late, suffering from the consequences. Just wanted to find himself, tried to go on his individualistic journey... blocked and failed. Bitter to the end about it.

 

More specifically... I'm a nihilistic, misanthropic, self-destructive, sardonic, prideful prick with loose lips. Likes to make inappropriate and offensive dark jokes. Tends to show up as "the smartest in the room", half-heartedly believes in that but also loathes himself to death. Looked up to for his laid-backness and "don't give a f*ck" attitude when he shouldn't be. Has a penchant for chain smoking and binge drinking. I believe I would've been a bit cooler version of myself if I had followed a different path... now destined to be an all-confused, all-lost f*ck-up.

I am usually very caring and the mother bear to everyone. I always do my best to help others and be there for those in my social circle. I am always there if someone needs help.  Sometimes I can be a bit of a bleeding heart, but I can also be very cold if taken for granted. My mood can change at a drop of a pin and sometimes I just need to be alone. Some days I can be a mine field. I have BPD and I get stuck in my mind a lot and then I usually isolate for days. It's nothing personal to those I ignore, it is just something I have to do so I don't snap on those I love. But on a good day I like to be the center of attention. I try to make people laugh and I want everyone around me to have fun. I don't have much of an ego, I put myself down a lot,  but when I get going it is best to leave me be as I have no filter when I am upset and if I get angry or worse, I lose respect for someone, I will cut deep with my words... I have burnt a lot of bridges in my life and it's something that eats at me deep.

well yes and no. we don't always look like the names we been given. I noticed some people do fit there names they have been given.

More seriously - I'm usually introverted, but work made me open up more and increased my confidence in talking to people - but I'm still pretty shy in large groups. Outside of work, I'm usually quiet, laidback, care-free. On the job, I'm the opposite - full of energy, stressed, short-tempered and trying to hold the drive thru together especially when it's busy. Work kind of opened up a different side to me that I didn't know was there.

For me, you are a very helpful person, you can also be empathetic.

We don't know each other personally, but I liked you very much as a person from the Internet.

What I confirm that you are very critical of yourself and demanding a lot of yourself, therefore you can write a lot of negative qualities in your direction.

However, such a feature symbolizes people with a good heart, and more.

This is my personal subjective opinion, but in fact no one is as bad as he describes himself very badly and also most people who do not see faults are the most bad and negative ones.

 

 

I am distrustful, often nervous .. I can be patient but when the line is crossed I can be very rude.

I cannot control myself and my emotions when my tolerance and stress limits are exceeded by anyone, which is why it often happens that I am perceived as a bad person. People would like to play with you all the time because it suits them and they feel comfortable, but if you show you won't - you get criticized.

This is how I perceive it.

Well I am not going to argue to try and change your opinion but you should understand one thing, insincere people who lack empathy will deceive and manipulate others without guilt or conscience.

 

Let me ask you this... what do you think my opinion and reaction is/was to the things that have happened (and are still happening) in this world over the last few years? Do you think the death and suffering have made me feel the way you would expect someone empathetic to feel? If someone really could be empathetic, then don't you think all that would make them feel... something? But what if that something wasn't what you would expect?

 

As I said, your opinion is yours and it is not my job to change it... but don't take everything at face value. Sympathy and empathy are easy to fake, that's where being insincere comes into play.
