HOW'S ANNIE?

If anything I really want R* to add in RC vehicles as some type of weapon. You'd have the option to equip them with actual weapons like a small arm or explosives (which will ultimately slow it down). Play it like the classic GTA where you'd switch to the vehicles view (the downside of being able to attack your enemies at a distance is that they can sneak attack you if not carefully hidden).

 

I'd love to be able to grief people with my AP pistol equipped RC Goblin.

My wishlist is pretty simple

 

more offices than the 4 ones we have in the game and two outside the city

Looks nice! Overall we need more properties. I think it's about time we get some properties with 10-car garages out in Blaine County for our off-road collections.. And apart from that we need mansions with garages and other amenities of course.

If R* wants to add Custom versions of old aircrafts I'm all in.

Benny's for Aircrafts is rly needed. Putting fuzzy dice in your cockpit? that sounds great!

Things that they could upgrade:

- Custom Buzzard
- Custom Anihilator
- Custom Cargobob
- Custom Havok
- Custom Valkyrie
- Custom Savage
- Custom Maverick
- Custom Swift (AirWolf!)

- Sea Sparrow Classic (so it looks like the one from ViceCity)
- Thruster Classic (San Andreas)
- Hydra Classic (SA)
- Hunter Classic (VC)

They could also add new parachutes, glider suits, RC vehicles and Benny's car as dripfeed.

More then enough for one dlc if you ask me.

From my observations those few who were absolutely opposed to nautical/weaponized/businesses haven't posted since release. Either that or I'm missing their posts. I tend to have little value in the opinions of those childish enough to be so narcissistic that they think they're the only demographic that should be catered to. Especially when they resort to pot&kettle arguments and hypocrisies. Though I am honestly surprised that with the 2 weaponized vehicles that are tucked in the dripfeed no one has had the audacity to call this a military update.

 

I'm honestly happy with any update that I can get SOMETHING from. I am also mature enough to know not every update can satisfy any of the demographics I'd be considered part of (weaponized, pve, clothing) I do think this update is lackluster. I haven't raced since you've needed to do so to unlock car parts but isn't the hotring tracks something that didn't require much effort to make; and by which I mean they're nascar tracks right? it's not hard for any player to make that in creator mode, it just now pays like an official track. So this just feels like a glorified extension to the DDH dripfeed.

 

during this update i'll probably be setting my game to generate bunker supplies while I sleep/go to work/Netflix and chill>sell when I get the chance> play other games. By the time the next update comes out and I've bought what I want from this whether we get the drip feed every 2 weeks or every week with an update in 4-6 weeks ill be at least 10mill richer than before this update.

Art of war (pseudo nautical update) concept

 

Business partner: bogdan

Business type: Team recruitment and outfitting

 

There are two types of source missions. Recruitment and outfitting.

>Recruitment involves various operations to recruit operatives including breaking inmates out of police custody or persuading people to defect from the military, lspd, MW, or gangs. Whether you are interrupting them dismissing a traitor or rescuing them from being ambushed/surrounded by a rival group. You can also acquire some in an outfitting operation where applicable. This can be bypassed with a monetary investment like buying supplies for bunker/mc. Your operative capacity peaks at 8

>Outfitting. You go on various missions to acquire weapons and munitions for your operatives. You'll be tasked by hijacking military convoys. Pulling train heists or full on piracy Somalian style. Again for a monetary fee you can bypass these operations.

 

Once you have your team recruited and set up you can send them on operations. These are done as you do your freedom shenanigans over the course of several hours. (2+ hours depending on operations value and your team) every once in awhile there will be a chance your operation is botched and you need to come to the rescue to unbotch it. (Essentially this businesses equivalent of crate/MC business raids.)

>Every operation depletes every bit of munitions you've sent with your operatives and there is a chance for operative casualties.

>more munitions and operatives sent the faster it is completed and less chance of it being botched.

 

Business related abilities

>you can have an operative use a slot for your ceo/MC associates. They will stay within your aura range and will carry a single unit of resources. They cost $5k a day each with the stats of the headhunter bodyguards. If they die it will count as an operative casualty. They also deplete munitions as they use them. (They cannot use MC or associate abilities)

 

Base of operations.

Through bogdan's contacts still within Russias military he has listed an aircraft carrier that the russians mysteriously misplaced before scheduled decommission.

For the cost of 3 mill (let's be real the yacht is the property equivalent of the luxor deluxe and no use comparing it. And a business should not be too expensive to get established in)

The AC comes equipped with an AA defense grid. Room for 10 types of seacraft to be stored and 10 aircraft.

Renovations include bulkhead decor, captains cabin decor, armory upgrade (provides same bonuses as security for facility including agents), and for the heaviest price tag the on deck vehicle spawns. (For free the decks contains a maverik and 2 mallards, 1 mill spawns 2 stock molotoks and 1 buzzard. 3 mill option spawns a savage and 2 hydras. 6 mill option spawns a lazer and 2 stock hunters. These cannot be called to player and function like yacht vehicles)

 

Stored in a secret under the AC deck is the sea mobile operations center is the megalodon sub. Featuring the same price range as it's counterparts with the three canons and the ability to deploy sea mines and torpedoes. The vehicle mod bay can be exchanged for PV storage like the MOC.

A new set of vehicle test drive discount missions that provide trade price discounts are available through the sub.

 

Cars.

Dominator classic

Patriot classic (weaponized variant via moc/avenger featuring mounted grenade launcher, machine gun, minigun, and prox mines)

Barracks custom (a military barracks with armor and weapon upgrades)

Rino custom (ultimately a less futuristic khanjali where the machine gunner is exposed but the tank is more durable)

Jb-700 recommissioned

Weaponized Faggio (Faggio with weaponized Tampa level firepower)

Liberator custom (Liberator with front passenger having access to roof mounted machine gun and rear passengers having access to flamethrowers.)

Weaponized dump. (2 flak canon/sam turrets, 4 armor plated mounted MGs)

DERPER (DARPA XC2V, peashooter upgrade available otherwise not weaponized) online-co-created-military-vehicle-conce

There are variants to these rounds from being tranquilizers to being used for injecting poisons or even psychedelics.

These are special ammo for mk2 weapons.

>tranqs slow down the target and induces a drunk effect. Multiple strikes can cause target to black out and teleport somewhere else.

>poisons inflict damage over time. (Bonus; persists at a stronger rate and until dead by poison if target attempts to easy way out/suicide after being hit and escalates after each EWO/suicide)

>psychedelics. This one is fun. Mostly for goofing off. This does not deal damage however player targets hallucinate and will either see Los Santos turn into something like candy land, something out of silent hill, flash Gordon, the matrix, aliens, zombie apocalypse, mideval times (jets become dragons), and much more randomly selected with each use. Against Npcs they attack friendlys.

Adversary modes

>Broadside: ship to ship combat. Players must simultaneously attack/defend their yach/aircraft carrier from the opposing team. They're given subs, aircraft, and boats to find their way to opposing ship and take the bridge. (Think of it as a 2 way piracy prevention)

>The same crap that was made for GR and SR but repainted for seacraft.

Overdose

All players have a scripted psychedelic effect and mk2 weapons equipped with tranq rounds.

Overdose 5: roof of IAA and FIB towers. Matrix effect. Morehead/neo cosplays.

Seige.

A capture the fortress mode with a selective psychedelic effect to theme the match Lsia vs ft zancudo

Peekaboo

Inside various interiors with lights out players must wait in ninja stealth and earn their right to bear a katana against each other. (Every few seconds the location and chi of a random ninja is revealed to another player just so it's not a who can not get bored of hiding first) unlocks katana after playing

Was thinking we need an "Armored Uber" contact mission. All you do is pick up a crew of NPC's after they pull some kind of heist and escape from multiple wanted levels as you transport them across the map to their safehouse. They could call it "Wheelman" or something like that too.

 

You could use the standard armored Shafter V12 or buy your own and customize it to the max to increase your chances of success.

 

Or just use the Kuruma.
