[éX-Driver]

Further financial consolidation

Adds new Terrorbyte-esque private jet with a ‘command centre’ computer with access to ALL business and heist computers (CEO, Bikers, Gunrunning, Smuggler’s Run, Doomsday, Nightclub, Arcade, Kosatka, and Agency), allowing sale/restock/setup missions to be launched from a single convenient location.

The jet based on a mix of Air Force One and the Airbus ACJ220. Customisable modular interior like the MOC. The jet is stored in personal Hangars (roughly the same size as the Bombushka and Titan). When the jet is called in it spawns at either LSIA or Sandy Shores Airfield, and once in the air players can activate the autopilot feature which then allows them to spawn into the passenger cabin and access the Command Centre or otherwise walk around/relax. If in passive mode, the jet itself is as well.

Furthermore, Hangar Air Freight sales are permanently doubled in value, and there are new ‘mixed freight’ mini-sales available from Hangars like the mixed cargo available from offices and Ammunation sales from bunkers. 

Finally, Arcade/Nightclub/Agency daily income can be added directly to player bank accounts by simply calling the associated NPCs and requesting it be deposited. 

(Maybe have elements of the rock band private jets of the 70s and 80s)

It would be cool if auto pilot had some specific flight paths around the map, and then you could spawn into the jet while it's on a path. Would also be cool if it had a "land at airport" option which could work like the fast travel for the Kosatka where it fast travels and lands at an airport of your choice (LSIA, Sandy Shores or Zancudo if available. Not sure if it would fit at Mackenzie).

I had this idea that there could be a game mode called "Exterminator" which would work a bit like Hunt the Beast. What would happen is that the game would invite people to play in Freemode like Hunt the Beast, and all those that choose to play are either the Exterminator, chosen at random, or the Exterminator's targets. The Exterminator would be invincible, and off-the-radar. He can also use any vehicle taken from the street, no weaponised vehicles.

 

The targets would be unable to enter properties, vehicles and subways for the duration of the game, say 10 minutes. The idea would be to try and survive the Exterminator killing you until the time ran out, for money, and the Exterminator would win if he managed to get all the targets before the time ran out.

 

TL:DR - it's a Terminator style knock-off.

Mmm some of my wishlist ideas:

 

Missions:

- a series of missions on a off-shore platform against the Duggans (again)

- work with Merryweather or become its leader

 

Properties:

- Aircraft Carrier as property that also works like an hangar storage (yes i will never get bored to wish that thing)

- a Casino/Resort or a Luxury Hotel in Cayo Perico with Penthouse. Also ability to explore Cayo Perico and do activities (GTAO really need a new explorable map even if not large)

- Bunker garage

- a garage for displeyable boats (already available in sp)

- more apartments and interior styles

 

Vehicles:

- more Pegasus Vehicles for Personal conversion and storage in garages: Turreted Limo, Rhino, Brickade... or why not, complete deletion of Pegasus, i just hate how they deliver vehicles.

- upgradable/customizable Phantom Wedge

- a new Ruiner 2000 version storable in garages and upgradable/customizable 

- F117

 

Character Customization:

- possibly few more wavy/long hairstyle for female characters

 

Gameplay:

- dual wielding some pistols and machine guns

- recruitable organization npcs and npcs guards in and outside owned properties that attack enemies, something that make you feel like you're really running an organization

- purchasable an auto-defense system that attack players/npcs who gets too close for Facility/Bunker 

 

Others:

- increase editor clip/snapmatic photos capacity especially for consoles

- add major (still) missing actors in Director Mode

- GTAO snow in Director Mode

I just want to be able to dance anywhere. Those dance moves are hilarious but nobody goes into the clubs, so I just want to roll onto the LS Customs parking lot and start throwing down moves 

 

Oh and also a weapon wheel for vehicles, I'm sure there's a free button that you could use for that. It's annoying scrolling through all your melee weapons and machine guns when you just want to get to that one weapon

I wish that we could have the Merryweather submarine from the Cayo Perico sonar jammer mission. The model is there, the interior is there and both are so much better than the Kosatka.

 

I would be happy to have it as a vehicle even if it didn't come with the heist set-up table, Pavel (bonus) and the moon-pool.

 

It could be a driveable vehicle with weapon upgrade station, wardrobe, sonar, periscope and cruise missile station and I would probably buy it.

the kosatka has just a slightly modified version of the bogdan/merryweather sub interior.

The interior layout is different, the hull shape is different (conning tower toward the centre rather than toward the front) and all the consoles are more modern. The differences are enough to make me prefer it.

I'd really love an update that adds civilian properties like cafes, restaurants, laundromats, bars etc kinda acting as mini social hubs for players with a lot of immersive interactive activities in them. Although you could argue they'd be pointless it'd be cool having a more chill way to interact with other players and it'd add a lot of immersion to the world. They could even be player owned properties that launder money and provide a passive income or something with a few missions here and there to up-keep them. Any sort of update that adds more interiors that anyone can enter I think would be cool tbh

I've become way too lazy with the MC bike spawning, I can never bother to call the mechanic for a car anymore. They should add some kind of quick spawn menu for cars as well, it could be like a car meet/auto shop perk. Although I don't know how that would work when you have like 200 cars. Maybe you could add cars to a short list of favorites. Or then just add all the garages to the spawn menu, so that it's the same as when you call the mechanic

I would honestly prefer owning one instead of a social space, soley due to the crazy amount of customization similar to the arcade & autoshop.

[This is a concept for a potential movie based DLC for GTA Online. I have detailed almost everything I would like to see including properties, weapons, vehicles and missions. It is supposed to be a December/Holiday update but I guess it could be a concept for Summer as well. Please don't get mad at my prices or drip feed list, this is purely just what I think we should expect out of an update like this. As always this is just a hypothetical DLC to get us thinking about what could come next and please don't spread my ideas as "leaks."]

Details:

The new Homes/Houses/Mansions will count as standard property slots and are considered High End. Players can alter the interior of the Homes with floor designs and wall designs. Homes will also come with the ability to purchase new furniture from a decent sized selection of furniture in the house from most desks, drawers, shelves, lamps, couches, chairs and tables. The furniture style can be changed but cannot have its position changed. The homes will also feature a decoration system similar to the Casino Penthouse and similarly, players can purchase new furniture and decorations straight from the interaction menu while in the house. The Houses will have 3 levels starting with a basement which will feature a circular 10 car garage with a non-spinning podium style slot in the middle, floor and wall designs can be changed and decorations can be placed here. A spa area complete with a hot tub and a sauna can also be found in the basement. The ground floor will feature a living room, kitchen, a home theater, and a gaming room with a pool table and a few arcade games. The top floor will feature a master bedroom, a spare bedroom, and a library/office. The home theater system will allow the player to change the current movie being shown and this effect will be applied to the Casino Penthouse home theater as well. Players can also host a party in their houses for the cost of $25,000. While a party is active new activities will be available in the house like more types of drinks will spawn around the house and a few drug-related items like a bong. 

 

Collectibles/Treasure Hunts: (2)

1. Pop-Up Paparazzi (Treasure Hunt) - A series of 6 random events where you must take a picture of a celebrity with a phone or with a drone without being detected or the event will fail. Then you have to steal an item from the celebrity but you will get paid more if you do it the exact way the contact tells you. If the celebrity is killed at any time the event will fail but they can be spooked once the photo is taken. 

Drip Feed:

2. Vinewood Movie Posters (Collectible) - 30 movie posters have been stolen from a collector and have been placed on walls around the map. Take all 30 down and unlock the 10 different Posters as decorations for your mansion as well as the trade price for the Vapid Broadway. 

 

Misc Additions: (3)

1. New Mission series - Vinewood Blues (9 Missions) featuring Micheal from story mode and Solomon Richards. After you get a phone call, head to the Richards Majestic Film Lot to meet Solomon. The Film Crew needs your help finishing the Movie, a 1930s noir style spy movie with your typical R* humor, nothing too crazy. You will be offered the chance to be a co-producer on the Film alongside Micheal, so long as you finance a little bit of the Movie and handle the dirty side of Production. Once you pay $1,500,000 you will get access to the Producers Lounge inside the Richards Majestic Offices and can launch the new missions. The Lounge will be very similar to the Agency but will not be owned by the Player and will rather be shared by your fellow player producers, a pool table and Don't Cross the Line are available activities as well as a small bar area to collect snacks. Head to the TV in the lounge office to begin the missions. The mission series can be replayed like a heist or the VIP Contract but every replay will cost $100,000. Payout once all missions are completed will be $1,000,000 like the VIP Contract but first time completion will reward a $500,000 bonus. So first time completion will break even and so will replays but max earning on replays will be $900,000 since $100,000 will be spent on the start of a new replay. After the missions have been completed, a lengthy cooldown timer will begin. Once the Movie is completed for the first time, you can choose to play the movie in the home theater in your Mansion or at your Casino Penthouse. One month after the launch of the DLC the new Movie will be available in all movie theaters across Los Santos. 

2. Rent-out the Music Locker - Players can now rent out the Music Locker like you can with the LS Car Meet. For the cost of $50,000 you can host your own event there so long as you own a penthouse. You can change the DJ from available ones at the Music Locker and activate strobe lights and the dry ice system at your discretion. You can invite any player to your party and all drinks are free. This change does little, but does make the Music Locker more interesting. 

3. One new standard property slot - for players that want to own a mansion without trading something else in.

I think the issi classic can be given a widebody kit from LS customs if I'm not wrong

1. Chumash stilthouse, please. I wouldn't mind if they reused the Vinewood Stilthouse interiors.
2. Del Perro Apartment. Also wouldn't mind reused interiors.
3. Mirror Park bungalo. Make it one of those medium-end interiors.
4. Trailer House in the Senora Desert, interior based on Trevor's house.
5. Loft at Dream View Motel in Paleto Bay
6. Farmland in Grapeseed (Farmhouse Bunker area is okay, but I want a house to go with my Farmland); or a vineyard.
7. Another hangar. I like my Zancudo Hangar, but I'd appreciate to have another one in LSIA. I have GTA SA aircraft on my current "floor" and I'm planning to show off my military aircraft on my next hangar.
8. Devin Weston's mansion. That guy's dead, anyway.
9. Finally, take over Cayo Perico. I wish we get to settle our own empire on that island. Imagine using that island as a business hub for a revamped MC business. Make it so the IAA doesn't want "foreign interests" working to bring down the American society using drugs and they send us with an aircraft carrier to "commandeer" that place for IAA interests.

    

   Imagine using the farms and coke shacks for our MC business (they can reuse the interiors), we can use the docks for boat deliveries using Longfins, the airfield for whatever aircraft for air deliveries, and Enduro deliveries throughout the island, on-land. Plus, we get to have our own nightlcub by the beach that goes live at night. We could also choose our own bodyguards for the island, as well as make it a no-weapons zone for visitors via interaction menu.

    

   Make it so that the our own version of Cayo is accessible via the airport or Kosatka Fast Travel and El Rubio's older version through missions only.

I want some MK2 variants of existing aircrafts. Like converting the old ones in your hangar.

 

Savage MK2

Option to change the explosive cannon to a non explosive, 2 hit kill machine gun with a massive buff to range. Im talking more then jet cannon range.

Also 5 or 6 round barrage and the normal fully automatic homing missiles.

The non explosive cannon comes with the benefit of massivly inreased bullet resistance, which is the savages biggest drawback. Explosive resistance stays the same.

Also, top speed and gaining altitude is buffed aswell. Handling should stay mostly the same, keeping the feeling of a massive, fat like your mom, attack helicopter alive.

 

 

Valkyrie MK2

Co-Pilot turret stays the same.

Option to replace the side mounted miniguns with pilot controlled weapons. Option 1 is non or Buzzard miniguns and option 2 is either homing rockets (with cooldown just like buzzard) or barrage rockets with 4 round burst.

Handling, gaining altitude and top speed similar to the Hunter. Also increased armor aswell, just like Hunter.

 

Weaponized Conoda (conada? however that heli without rear rotor) aka Buzzard MK2

Buzzard miniguns

4 burst barrage rockets

homing missiles (buzzard cooldown)

Akula performace in handling, gaining altitute and speed. Also increased bullet resistance. No resistance to rockets, but resistance to explosive sniper rounds. Like 7 to disable and 8 to destroy.

This Heli is special that it will be delievered next to you, just like the CEO buzzard. This thing is meant to be the ultimate availability tool.

 

All of them also get some liveries and countermeasures.
