GTA Online: Courier update

Adds a new business to the biker clubhouse, courier delivery missions. The missions can vary from value of item to getting and item to a location in a specified time. Missions could also be based on the Courier mission in GTA SA, where it was delivering a certain amount of packages in a time limit. Payouts wouldn't be necessary high but would provide bonuses for speed and delivering items in good conditions. Adding/renovating the biker clubhouse to be similar to the tuner shop. The dlc could be similar to the L.S. tuners but centered around bikes. Vehicle customization could be expanded for motorcycles by adding new customization such as frames, handlebars, and custom lights. And/or custom variants of existing motorcycles such as the Western Bagger (i.e. Western Bagger Bobber/Chopper) to Benny's or a new vehicle workshop for motorcycles.

This was an idea I've had for a while. This idea could be a Bikers 2 dlc, or a bikers quality of life update.

Motorsports Update

Completely Revamps the Redwood Lights Track into a complete motorsport facility. Including a ⅛ mile drag strip, a ¼ mile oval, a short supercross track, and a racing circuit inspired by a mix of Laguna Seca and Sears Point.

New game modes include:

•Regularity rallye

Players are tasked to race from checkpoint to checkpoint, where the goal is to instead pass checkpoints at a specific time rather than worrying about position. The par time for each checkpoint is hidden until after it is collected, with increasing penalty points being added for being both above and below par. The winner is the player who has accrued the fewest penalty points at the end.

•Drag racing

Players are tasked with crossing the finish line first, without jumping the start. Prior to the start, there is a short minigame where players may do a burnout to heat their tyres and improve grip during launch. Jumping the start is an automatic DSQ. Players will have to manage wheelspin and wheelies to try and get to the finish first.

•Sidecar racing

New co-op races utilising new sidecar bikes where the passenger can influence cornering grip by leaning left and right.

I had a dream a bit ago about some burglary sort of DLC, where it was mostly just you being the middleman between a team of burglars and a fence (think of import/export but with household goods, etc) and people were bitching that, despite the name, there weren’t any actual burglaring taking place. Also the paywall property you had to buy was a gutted-out bungalow for some reason or another.

Weird dream but I don’t not see it happening

I have been binging on 1st amendment audit vids on YT lately. Would be awesome if we could  audit the police. Like have them try to ID us and when they infringe on our rights and shotgun us in the face we can have someone record them and post it on life invader and then sue the state of San Andreas to make a few hundred grand.👍

Where's my mansion?  All these years, all these millions and I'm still living in apartments, stilt houses, or penthouses in someone else's locales.   I have a yacht but where's that fancy compound sized mansion and grounds better suited to my financial status in the game?  How would Scarface have ended, if he was still living in an apartment or had personal living quarters at the Babylon Club?  Where's the office sized or larger mansion garage?  5 20 car garages, with all 20 on the same level in each, 2 could be underground, 2 with entries alongside my mansion and one where ever.   Pegasus vehicles on the grounds not in the phone.  I'd like to see my Marshall parked by the palm tree.   Where would one go to find things to decorate this mansion with the trophies and awards of past successes?  We can decorate a penthouse with casino chips.  The mansion with the locked gates and air defense system that would rival the damage an npc at the hanger guarding a motorcycle can unleash?  The private golf course with the tunable golf carts.  Tennis anyone?  Where's that court in this place I could afford but can't attain?  Where's my control room, where I can be the one sitting around, sending my staff out to retrieve this and that, and photograph judges?  I can get them to deliver a car but can't get them to escort a monkey in a van for me, while I look over the operation via my private global satellite system.  I'm always driving this person here and that person there, but where's my driver.  Where's my drive-bot NPC, so I can be the one reigning down fury on the pursuers out the passenger window while they drive us to the checkpoint?  This many years, it's time to go big.  It's time to graduate from criminal mastermind to crime Czar.  Attaining the mansion could be the finale of the missions strand.  I've spied some decent locations in those hills.  Of course more exotic supercars.  I'm up for a Grotti Itali limo.  No compacts here, let's unearth that Capri-ish looking hulk from the ground and bring forth a Dominator L5, or in real words, the 5.0.  How about that Coquette funny car?   Could all this be the prize for helping Michael De Santa do whatever it is he's going to need when he comes around to online needing?  We're running out of time.  It's time for Michael, Trevor, Franklin, and ourself to start taking over sh#@.  When it's all said and done, I'll have a mansion and a yacht.  Thank you.

Gta4 mp: 5 edition

introduces some new game modes

•Cartel Work:

players are given by Martin Madrazo a list of tasks to complete within a set time frame, with a large variety ranging from thefts to VIP escort to hits to distracting the police in a certain part of town to many more. The player with the most completed tasks when the timer runs out wins. Players start with nothing but a pistol and limited ammo, and have to find their own weapons and transport from spawns located around the city.

Adaptation of Mafiya Work from GTA 4 MP, 2-16 players

•Team Cartel Work:

same as Cartel Work, but with teams of 2-8 players each

4-16 players

•Car Repo City:

Players are given by Simeon a shared list of cars that are in the possession of delinquent debtors, cars that Simeon needs back ASAP. The player that retrieves the most cars wins. Only one car spawns at a time, available for all players to repo. If a car is taken by one player, it can be stolen by another player. Players start with nothing more than a pistol, with all other weapons being located in spawn points around the city.

Adaptation of Car Jack City from GTA 4 MP, 2-16 players

•Team Car Repo City:

Same as CRC, but with teams of 2-8 players each

4-16 players

•Cops n Crooks:

Players are split into two teams of at least 2 players; Crooks and Cops. Crooks are tasked with getting to a getaway vehicle located a distance from their spawn location, whilst the Cops must kill them before they can escape.

There are two variants; All For One and One For All. OfA only requires at least one Crook get away, it does not matter which. During a OfA match, there are no respawns for either team. If the Cops are all killed, the Crooks win automatically. AfO requires a randomly-selected Boss character escape. If the Boss dies, the Crooks lose automatically. In an AfO match, all players on both teams save for the Boss respawn.

In both game modes, the Cops spawn in cop cars, armed with pistols, pump shotguns, and sniper rifles. Crooks spawn on foot with TEC9s and assault rifles. There are other weapon spawns located around the city that either team can use.

During AfO matches, the Cops can only see the Boss’ blip on the minimap at all times, all other Crooks are invisible until at very close range. The Crooks can only see the Cops’ blips at the same range. During OfA matches, player blips on either team are only visible at long ranges; they become invisible within about a block.

4-16 players

•Gang War:

Teams of players are assigned as a member of a random gang of South Central LS (Ballas, Families, Vagos, and Aztecas) along with a single part of turf and companion NPCs belonging to aforementioned gang to call their own. They must war with other player teams/gangs to try and gain control of as much turf as possible, whilst protecting what turf they do have. The gang with the most turf at the end of the time limit wins. Players start with nothing but pistols, but as the match goes on more deadly weapons begin to spawn for players to use. NPC gang member numbers vary depending on how large the teams are, and they will always stay behind to defend the turf that belongs to their gang.

Adaptation of Turf War from GTA 4 MP and the Gang Wars from San Andreas, 2-30 players

•Chopper vs Chopper:

Two teams of 2 players are created, with one team on a pair of chopper bikes whilst the other is spawned into a Hunter armed only with barrage rockets and the passenger-controlled gatling gun. The biker team are tasked with collecting as many checkpoints around the city as possible, whilst the helicopter team are tasked with killing the bikers. After the bikers are killed, the teams switch sides and the helicopter team is now tasked with surviving on the motorbikes. If they can pick up more checkpoints than the biker team before dying, they win. If they don’t, they lose. If they tie, the biker team switches back to the bikes and are tasked with beating their original score. If they succeed, they win. If they fail, they lose.

Adaptation of Chopper vs Chopper from TLAD MP, 4 players

•Most Wanted:

Players are split into two teams, one Most Wanted player and the rest of the players as NOOSE. The Most Wanted player is given a set time limit he must survive, whilst the NOOSE players are tasked with hunting him down and killing him. When the player that is Most Wanted is killed, the round ends and the player that killed him becomes Most Wanted in the next round. The game continues until either every player has been Most Wanted, or one player survives the entire time limit. If one player survives the time limit, he wins automatically. If nobody does, then the player who lived the longest wins.

The Most Wanted player begins unarmed and on foot, whilst the NOOSE players spawn with MP5s carbine rifles and sniper rifles and in a variety of police vehicles such as Police Mavericks and FIB Grangers. Various other weapons spawn around the map for any player to use.

Adaptation of Lone Wolf Biker from TLAD, 2-30 players

•Free Roam Classic:

No money, no properties, no expenses, no stores, no PVs, no personal weapons, no sci-fi toys. Instead, players are simply given a wide-open sandbox to do whatever they want with no repercussions.  Available on the streets and at spawn points are every vehicle and gun in the game (barring the unrealistic ones like the Oppressor), freely available for players to use. No money to be made or lost, just have fun.

An adaptation of GTA 4’s MP free roam lobby

Heavy Shotgun in GTAO really needs a buff or a complete MK2 version, this thing in its current state is absolutly pathetic in comparison to Assault Shotgun(what else would you use? All other shotties but explo MK2 Pump Shottie are underperforming and waste a slot in Weapon Wheel).

4973598-A-1515-4-D3-A-8-CA2-29294-CAE5-B

You can steal cars from winning street racing.

Various Parking Lots

101-B1389-54-DB-4122-A009-A6782-C4275-A1

And etc.

You can even own a junkyard as a front for your business. (For Ex. if you cant fit any more stolen vehicles in your garage/warehouse, your can store it in your junkyard)

Legitimate business fronts tying into your already established businesses. (Bikers, Bunker, Cargo). You can also run them just legitimately if you don't own any of the other businesses for lower profits. Some ideas for fronts: Ice Cream Shop for coke, with the ability to take out the ice cream truck and sell it on the streets for more immediate profits(yes, I took this one from Vice City lol). Dispensary for weed, turning your illegally grown kush into grade A medical marijuana. No idea what the minigame/activity could be for this one. A Thrift Shop for selling your wares stolen and counterfeit goods from your cargo warehouse. Only idea I'd have here would be the ability to highjack delivery vans driving around the map for some more goods or doing a large delivery for a customer. Pharmacy for selling meth, again not sure about the additional activity. Blowing up delivery vans and trucks you find driving around the map to aid the legitimate side of your business by lowering your competitors supply maybe? Counterfeit Cash could just give all of your businesses a slight cash boost, essentially just giving your fake cash as change and the thrift shop buying stuff with it. Document Forgery could be used to lower labour costs or something, by hiring undocumented or unqualified workers and giving them, well, forged documents.

Feel free to add any ideas for legitimate business fronts and acitivites you have.

It wouldn't be that big of a deal to add more street racing tracks, I’d like to see that. In addition to a few more tuner cars, allow other tuner cars already in the game like jester classic etc to be able to use in the races /missions and add a purchasable lower garage to existing auto shops for more auto storage.

Over the years, I've heard a lot of things about Rockstar Bringing a Cops N Crooks Style DLC to the game, and i've voiced my opinion saying its a bad idea because knowing rockstar it'd just be another boring adversary mode nobody will play after the first month or so.......HOWEVER if they were to add A Cops N Crooks DLC to GTA Online, Here's how i'd go about it.

- A Full In-Dept Storyline: I love how the final chapter/plot of the game was based off the LA Riots. I think Players would love a full in dept storyline featuring returning characters like Francis McCreary(Yes i know there was an option to kill him :)), Dave Norton, or Karen Daniels, they'd come to us saying they know what we've done and they can lock us away for good.......however if we co-operate with them and take down a drug lord (could be a good chance to kill El Rubio Because we all know there's unfinished business there he's not gonna let us come to his island and steal from him) in exchange for wiping our criminal records clean.

- Returning Side Missions: the one thing i loved about the old games is we had the option to be vigilante's and take down criminals to make money the more criminals we kill the more money we earn, also i love How in GTA IV they expanded on the vigilante missions by Adding a most wanted list they could add a reward system to it the more criminals we kill the more rewards we get Swat gear police gear FIB gear unlockable police cars which we can customize........one thing i miss about the old gta online is i had a black and red sherrifs rancher stored in GTA Online.....well i think it was GTA Online.....correct me if i'm wrong but there was a glitch to allow us to store police cars in GTA Online. but yea rockstar re-adding vigilante missions could open the door to paramedic missions, firefighter missions, taxi driver missions with their own set of rewards.

- Accessible Police Stations: pretty straight forward where we can access our uniforms and the most wanted list and more importantly store our custom police vehicles. i mean if we can own a hangar on a private military base surely we can own a police station.

but yea.........that's what i'd like to see From a cops n crooks DLC

To Summarize

- Full In-dept Storyline

- Returning Characters

- Accessible Police Stations without being wanted

i don't want Cops N Crooks DLC to be a boring set of adversary modes or have a roleplay element to with.......because at the end of the day we all want to make money right we want to get our money's worth right?

but that's just me

sorry for the Essay

let me know what you guys think :)

i look forward to your responses

I would like an update that lets us buy life invader and other social media in game. Add something similar to nightclubs where we can promote our businesses on there and launch attacks on rivals. I could go into more detail later, but I think it would be brilliant. Buying say live invader would let us have an office there and options to control Los Santos news of course with the GTA twist. Buying a social media platform should also cost at least 20mil in game and be the most expensive investment, but offer the best payouts in return. Maybe use CEO as a way to hire associates and so on. A lot of assets could be reused so it would be an easy addition.

This would also keep GTA relevant to modern times( I have other ideas too, but I will keep it open to all, so I don't get to political and hurt some lefty j-annies feels)

Spoiler

Lol they censored that word🤦🏻‍♀️

I'd strongly like a chop-shop update. It'd go with the Auto Shop and be a $2.5-3.5M upgrade. You'd have to steal cars & take them to the auto shop, wait about 25 to 30m IRL, then get a haul for a big 18 wheeler of parts. This could create max passive income of $25k each in-gqme day, while the delivery values would depend on how many of which cars you brought in. However, you must steal certain cars and you'd get the option to hack up vehicles were taken to be specced out to you. You'd then have to pay these people off or steal a new replacement car for them. I just did the whole update for R*, minus the coding. Oh, and add a bigger garage too. Make 2 workers mandatory for this.

I saw someone mention a Rockford Plaza mall heist once with Vincent Diamond Casino Head Security turned Mall Cop now I really want this to happen!

I also wish they would add interiors to all the restaurants and tie them to some sort of business. Maybe a DLC where you buy a legit business as a front for illegal activity, and you can choose between a range of restaurants (Burger Shot, Lucky Plucker, Casey's Diner etc.), cafes (Bean Machine), and stores (Digital Den, Comic Store).

I'll just leave my two DLC wishlist ideas here:

Rockford Plaza Anti-heist

I was thinking, how about a ‘heist’ where we stop a heist? Imagine they open up Rockford mall, and we are hired by Securoserv to protect an auction of an expensive item, given our experience, taking place there by some famous heist crew from out of town. We need purchase a high-end store there (e.g., clothing as a new legit business) for surveillance and we hire our old friend Vincent as our communications contact there (Justice for Vincent). The mall will act as a new social hub and can have new business missions too.

We need to do prep missions to identify the gang, destroy equipment, take out high-ranking members, and prepare also our own defenses. The finale’s difficulty will depend on your prep, essentially a hold the line mission where we run to different areas of the mall (both new interiors and outside as well) to stop the attackers / subdue the leader. After the first time (story based) we can lure other factions by paying for the auction of new items. More expensive the item, lures in a tougher faction with a bigger reward.

The missions would have different modifiers, changing how the attack plays out – e.g., EMP causes lights to go out, jammer affects your minimap, ballistic equipment, weaponized vehicles attack the parking garage. Maybe use our tactics? Oh no, they used a HVY Cutter to drill directly into the basement! Damn, used a stealth chopper to land in members we couldn’t detect. The Leader may come in some MOC / Avenger / Terrabyte as a boss vehicle.

The Collector Update

After reading the below article last night, seeing how car culture has made a massive comeback to the streets of LS, how R* knows this as well with the Tuners update, how much love the community has for their collection … I think we may get a “Car Museum Update” in GTA Online.

Article: https://www.ign.com/articles/gta-onlines-fake-car-culture-is-the-real-thing

Referencing the real-life Petersen Automotive Museum and Jay Leno’s garage, both in LA. Given the story progression of our character, the museum curator asks our player to open up a wing in their car museum to display rides of successful people in LS with stories to tell.

Exclusive Preview of the Petersen Automotive Museum's Supercar Exhibit – Robb Report

Business side: The ability to create different exhibits in your museum wing, e.g., a long corridor that fits 30 vehicles overall as above. You can choose a theme (JDM, Urban, Classic Americana, Luxury, Racing, Off Road etc) for each section (say for every 10 spaces). Once opened, NPCs and other players will visit, take photos and see your rides behind the velvet rope. Since our garages are like museum collections already, why not let your cars make passive income for you? More cars and the completion of the below missions means more income from visitors.

Missions: The Curator wants exclusive vehicles for their main exhibit. You must investigate and track down these exclusive vehicles. Here we have missions similar to the data leaks/Robbery, with 2 free mode prep missions and a contact mission where we steal the collector piece (1-2) and bring back to the museum. Say 6-8 missions and build in some in game lore about these vehicles.

  • The classic. Infiltrate a black market auction and steal the prized vehicle
  • The car is being transported out of LSIA via cargo plane. Steal it before it leaves the country!
  • Owned by a Vice City drug lord. Do him a favor (e.g. eliminate witnesses) and he'll ship it to LS.
  • Famous car has many replicas. Steal the car and replace with a replica disguised as a valet.
  • Owned by a mob boss. Become their personal driver and saboteur a sit down with rival family. Escape with it in the chaos.
  • Stolen from a famous assassin Mr Vick. Help them track down and eliminate the culprits and he'll gift the car to the museum.

Setting: Although we could have a random warehouse or commercial building to hold the car museum, I think we could use the Kortz Centre in western LS. It’s already a museum, so have R* change the museum exhibits to include a car section, add garages to the parking lot and update the building. I mean it really doesn’t have much going on up there, so add some new life!

Probably been said but "Off the Radar" expansion that focuses on unconventional delivery methods for high value-high risk items that are too valuable to risk delivery via air travel. The focus would be on off road trucks/bikes and sea vehicles, basically anything to keep you off mapped roads during delivery. For players who don't need money the investment will sell itself with a long requested feature: a light version of Lesters "Off the Radar" ability that lasts indefinitely but reveals the player's blip to other players that are close enough, like in RDR2, as well as when they are in Los Santos. The latter nerf is important as it will keep the free roam pvp from changing too much but also add a much needed dynamic between being in the city and being in the country.

The DLC would be like Contract where you buy a business but the actual business activities take somewhat a back seat to a series of single-player quality missions. These missions could take place in under used parts of the map outside the city and utilize props to make these areas more interesting during the missions. You wouldn't get your money back upon completing the missions, but you would unlock the light off the radar ability. The delivery activities would be like many other delivery businesses but the catch would be a much higher reward for other players who are able to steal it from you. This would elevate the "risky" atmosphere as well as encourage players to take unconventional routes and leave the road or avoid high traffic areas where they're more likely to appear on other people's radars because of proximity.

I'll just leave my two DLC wishlist ideas here:

This idea sounds really awesome.

Could be cool if we hired Tracey to run the high-end clothing store, since lots want her in Online. She could say while her brother's been working in some dingy arcade all day, she graduated from University of San Andreas, Los Santos with a business degree in marketing. She'd explain her business plan is simple, create a bunch of hype for a new brand and sell $2 screen printed t-shirts for $500 each and watch as kids line up to resell them online for $1000. The store and brand name could be similar to Nightclub names to keep it simple where you pick from a list. You could shop at others stores to get their name brands and maybe unlock special ones by helping them stop heists.

I guess like a Nightclub, it could have a Popularity "Hype" meter too and some side missions like stopping counterfeiters and thieves, setting up release parties with celebs, etc. This would lead to more money in the safe. And like re-booking DJs there could be an option to just pay Tracey a bonus to boost the brand hype for you.
