When we realise meaning's intrinsic to human existence,

To justify the means of what we experience,

Go back a bar again - take a sec or you'll miss it,

Now do you understand.. the human predicament?

 

Can't live a life without a truth - without meaning,

It's impossible for us to do... try it - you'll see it.

No number one truth with a capital T,

In the end life is meaningless and fleeting you see?

And that's the truth I'm telling you that you can't accept,

Even on your death bed when you're taking your last breath.

 

Life is life,

Life is pain,

Deep down you know it's true,

Bring life into this world: you condem it to death too.
