Flickering sky problem

I downloaded the game on xbox one and since i started it the sky has always looked glitch a flickering with yellow and black spots i tried everything from clearing xbox cache by the hard reset and un-installing the game and redownloading it and tweaking every video option on xbox still didn't work can anyone help ?   https://ibb.co/cXnDndk
