[PC] Not being able to snipe from helicopters

For some reason, whenever I ride in a helicopter as a passenger on the side and snipe I can't seem to zoom in or out. I've tried changing binds, changing anything, going to default and it just doesn't seem to want to zoom in. I've done this before and was able to zoom in and out whenever I'm sniping from a heli. I also went into Singleplayer to try that one mission where you're sniping in the helicopter and it work but then again must be different coding but what do I know. Anyways, if anyone out there has experienced or encountered this problem, could I ask for some fixes or solutions? Thanks in advance!
