Save/wake up alarm sound effect

Can someone tell me in which *.rpf file I can find the alarm sound effect after saving or waking up? I already searched some *.rpf files in the pc/audio/sfx folder but I could not find the alarm sounds. I would like to export them to use as a cell phone alarm clock. Maybe someone can help me.
