What dictates if a ymap spawned object is detectable by script?

In the GTAV map there are several objects that can't be detected by script, like the Ferris Wheel. Yet there are many others that can be detected just fine, like the ATM machines. Does anyone know what it is that dictates if something can be detected or not?

 

I ask because I have created a ymap with a prop inside but I can't detect that prop with a script. When I use GetNearbyProps() using that model, it returns 0.

 

The ytyp flags value is set to this:

<flags value="32"/>

 

The ymap flags values are set to this:

  <flags value="0"/>
  <contentFlags value="65"/>

 

and this for the CEntityDef entry:

<flags value="1572896"/>

 

It is a static prop with embedded collision. The one thing I am unsure about, is the guid value is set to 0 in the ymap... could this be the cause of the problem?

Try to change flag in #typ from 32 to 131072 maybe its similiar to this:

Has 8 params in the latest patches. isMission - if true doesn't return mission objects
