As for CoD I still can't quite wrap my head around the fact the CoD devs ran out of ideas so hard and sales started stuttering so they all collectively shat them selves and thought lets just go remake the classics and release them as the new yearly CoD game. I appreciate the reboot, but the maps/missions are too reminiscent of the classic MW ones. Particularly the Oil Rig and Cargo Ship missions. In the classic MW trilogy enemies were Russians and Middle Easterners with Latinos added in MW2 and Africans in MW3. I'm betting that on the Warzone storyline Shepherd's gonna betray them and revealed to be the one giving the Iranians that bomb. I'm not entirely sure where the demand came from, and I'm not entirely sure there's a big enough market for all of them. Dead Spacelikes aren't typically for me, but I am a huge fan of sci-fi, so my concern is this sci-fi resurgence we're about to go through is gonna get burned by a lot of Dead Spacelikes coming out and not selling very well. And there's been a rumour floating around that Remake will (finally!) be coming to Xbox, possibly as early as later this month (shadow drop incoming?) - waiting for the monkey's paw to curl another finger, and for it to be FFVIIR Intergrade (so Xbox Series only). Disappointing if true, really curious about that one and recent rumours were that it might've been releasing sooner than I think most expected.
