Voice chat not working in GTA V Online

Hello dear GTA V enthusiasts,

I would like to ask for help solving the issue I had since the beginning of playing GTA V Online. 

The voice chat is not working for me no matter what I do. I tried solving it by googling many solutions, changed options not only in the game but also on the PC itself. When I press the button to talk, it shows that I am talking but no one on the game can hear me. Also, the odd thing is that when I load the game, if I am on the call on discord, no one can hear me on discord call as soon as I click on the game and it starts. By the way, I have no problems with microphone while I play GTA V Multiplayer like FiveM. 

Any ideas what could be the problem? The game isn't really enjoyable if you cannot chat with your friends neither thorough game nor thorough other platforms while the game is going.
