Potential "Save Corruption" Bug

I have a question for all of you that I'm curious about. Years ago I was playing the original Red Dead Redemption via Backwards Compatibility on the Xbox One, and I managed to trigger a very interesting glitch unrelated to things such as malformed humanoid creatures.

I was playing around with the cheat codes, constantly playing with the "Jack Attack" code, when suddenly I found myself as John Marston, right at the end of the game, just before the final mission with him! Mind you, when I was playing on this save, I wasn't at all at that part of the game (I'm certain I was just screwing about after the first 2 missions of the game). If memory serves correctly, there was some strange on-goings in the game as well when I was put into that interesting state. I attempted to go through the rest of the game in that state, but just before I could encounter Edgar Ross as Jack, my game froze in a very interesting way, preventing me from doing so.

As any of you who's used said Jack Attack code would know, the game never puts the player into a position such as that upon entering it in. Usually it'll put you just after "The Last Enemy That Shall Be Destroyed" or after killing Edgar Ross. For years I have been trying to replicate this glitch, but I've had no luck so far, so I was wondering if any of you have managed to trigger this glitch in this specific way before, and if so, what steps you took to make it happen. I've been wanting to play around with & experiment with this glitch ever since I discovered it myself, but I've been unable to do so, so I was hoping someone else in the community managed to cause this to happen.
