How do I replace/import songs into radio stations from GTA SA?

Tried SAAT (San Andreas Audio Toolkit) because I found a topic on exactly Radio Modding on GTA SA but it didn't work well, and didn't find any other topic covering it (SAAT did work without giving errors when exporting and importing, but in-game it doesn't play the replaced sounds instead it's just like the Track replaced doesn't exists in the game files anymore, though not technically true)

I'm trying to modify the radio stations names (with GXT Editor) and the songs on it, so far it worked to change the radio stations names, but no success on finding a way to replace songs yet. Thanks for anyone willing to help.
